What is Connex For QuickBooks?

Connex is a cloud-based software designed to help businesses automatically synchronize orders, shipment tracking details, partial refunds, and customer information with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. It allows organizations to streamline inventory operations by creating sales and purchase orders for drop shippers and automatically building stock assemblies.

Stakeholders can utilize the product mapping tool to map custom fields, stock keeping units (SKUs), and deposit accounts to QuickBooks. Connex enables businesses to connect multiple platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay, ShipStation, and more with QuickBooks. The application also allows employees to generate and track cost of goods sold (COGS) and upload expenses spreadsheet on QuickBooks.

Connex also facilitates integration with Avalara, a tax processing platform, enabling employees to map tax codes by city, county, state, or country and add tax as a line item. Administrators can utilize the transaction log to view and track all sales activities, export order logs into Excel files, receive detailed notifications via email, and quickly resolve syncing issues.
