Curo365 overview

What is Curo365?

Curo365 is a legal practice solution which utilizes cloud applications within the Microsoft 365 cloud suite to improve productivity for international, regional and local law firms, as well as solo-practitioners. The platform is built to handle cases/matters, documents, communications, calendaring, and financial/ERP data. Key features include reporting, enterprise-level security, and customization abilities.

Curo365’s dashboards display key information to users which are customized to their areas of responsibility. The proprietary tasking system integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office and ensures that every task results in a billing entry, along with tools for time tracking for accurate time and expense entries. In order to provide practice leaders with insight into each of their attorney’s schedules, all appointments created in Curo365 are automatically synchronized with Microsoft Exchange, and are displayed within their Outlook calendar.

Curo365 has the ability to track the entire law firm’s emails and link them to the relevant records within Dynamics. Reporting functionality enables users to instantly visualize data by generating reports and charts using the available data within Dynamics. Curo365 is setup to invoice all clients with outstanding billings based on designated time period, and to remind customers via a 'statement' about amounts due and owing. All costs, billings, deposits, payments, and transfers are entered into Curo365 and are accessible through reports and charts, giving users insights into their business. Monthly account statements detail each client's financial status within the organization, helping to increase collections.

All payments are processed through Curo365, including multiple payment profiles which can be setup to allow for PCI compliant financial accounting flexibility. The platform is built for data migrations from one or more data sources. The 'out of the box' Quickbooks integration enables smaller law firms to use Quickbooks as their ERP system, synchronizing all of the law firm’s contacts and records between systems.
