I have had one interaction with support on a question that I had and they responded quickly. The system is so easy that you don't really need much help.

I can't think of features that are missing at this time.

Other than that, the only "filter" that doesn't seem to work for me is the request to ignore reviews that do not contain user comments.

While we’d love to help automate review sharing across platforms like Zillow and Realtor, platform restrictions prevent us from submitting reviews automatically. However, we’re always working on ways to make the process as seamless as possible for our users.

I have been using it for a number of years now - I like that the emails are customisable, you can add your own domain for white label,  you can choose to have the user select stars, thumbs up/down and more - when they review you, there is auto reminders, and the option to pre-vet the reviews (ie if a customer has had a bad experience, they can contact you first to resolve it, prior to leaving a review (a grey area, but the option is great to have).

My overall experience with Grab Your Reviews has been excellent.  It delivered what it promised:  More positive reviews for my business.  It's a great platform worth investing in.

Super easy to implement and use.  We've had several review platforms in years past, and this is by far the easiest.  Plus, I like that it gives me metrics, I can use it's AI function to draft a response, I can send to e-mail or mobile, that any bad reviews are kept internal as opposed to going online, that there are so many review sites you have the option of linking to this platform, and that it has a website plugin.

Great and easy to use

I purchased this product couple of years ago and finally started using it. The help I received to setup my account is incredible. The platform itself is very easy to use.

Best choice for Reputation Management platforms

I design websites for clients, and they don't always have a need for a CMS-based site (where review plugins are either free or can be purchased).  The Grab Your Reviews product allows me to generate code that can be embedded into virtually any web design platform and can be used to consistently present the reviews in a standardized format.

Grab Your Reviews is an excelleent value, specially when purchased through a site like AppSumo

Very good, my clients are super happy and also me. Finally, we reply to all reviews!We would the possibility to reply in the dashboard for services like TrustPilot and TripAdvisor.

The system itself is okay to use, a bit clunky here and there but for the cost, you get what you pay for. The company is what made me run for the hills. Golly, it was bad.
