Using the services for more than 6 months, the Best part is, I always found the customer service up to date. They always respond in 24 hours or less. Was having minor technical issues but [sensitive content hidden] was always there until we solve the problem. Keep it up.
Nothing special. Most of the features are up to the standard.

I design websites for clients, and they don't always have a need for a CMS-based site (where review plugins are either free or can be purchased). The Grab Your Reviews product allows me to generate code that can be embedded into virtually any web design platform and can be used to consistently present the reviews in a standardized format.
The agency features of upper tier licenses allows me to manage the brands and reviews of many clients within a single program. Integrations to websites and social media sites was straightforward. The ability to select whether to show all reviews or just those that match specific rating criteria make the product a better marketing tool.
I've been using the product for about 7 months, and the one website widget I'd love to use (the "Slider" widget) is still showing as "Coming Soon". It's long overdue. Other than that, the only "filter" that doesn't seem to work for me is the request to ignore reviews that do not contain user comments. I personally don't put much stock in star-only reviews, and really want to see the customer comments. Despite requesting that only reviews with comments are displayed, I end up seeing reviews that do not contain comments.

The system itself is okay to use, a bit clunky here and there but for the cost, you get what you pay for. The company is what made me run for the hills. Golly, it was bad.
It was easy to set up and pretty easy to use
The company/ customer support is pretty awful and they call you multiple times a day to try and sell more products, I had to start blocking numbers. The system overall is pretty dated feeling and seems like something you would build out in school.

Grab your reviews helped us automate a tedious task and free up our small team for other tasks. reviews are a must for online reputation and ranking and prompting customers and getting ahead of potential issues is a must for any growing business. ive tried a few other providers and GYR so far is the best .
had one mishap where it spammed a customer 300 times yikes....... but only once

I love being able to showcase our awesome reviews on our website. I can easily get reviews after a customer uses us where before it was like pulling teeth.
The ease of use of Grab Your Reviews is amazing. It collects all of your reviews in one place so you can easily respond. You can easily have that social proof as well with social sharing or implementing the reviews you want on your website. Great product that saves tons of time. It put my review management on autopilot.
I haven't really found any cons yet. I have been using this for almost 6 months and use it everyday. It saves me time and makes me look good in the process.

Love how you can set it and ignore it, and it will consistently perform its function month after month, year after year.
Facilitates all of our property managers' access to and ability to respond to reviews. The dashboard is also useful for keeping track of all the reviews we receive across all platforms. The alert system is extremely useful when you want to respond promptly to negative reviews.
We have had no problems with the service.

I like the ease of it. The ability to copy and paste is good, but an end user needs to have more than one option tailored for each site they are leaving a review on.
I do not like that the URL is not specific to the platform. I've had several get flagged on Yelp or Zillow and some do not appear even though they were entered. It's almost like each platform requires it's own URL vs one generic for all the platforms. Some of my reviews left using this platform never appear on the end platform

Overall it was an amazing experience, and I was able to improve user retention.
I really liked the negative feedback capturing. It allows me to work on the feedback before it goes live, and I have improved feedback due to that.
The software is amazing, and I didn't found any cons as such. However, I would suggest adding more widgets to be placed on 3rd party application.

I have had one interaction with support on a question that I had and they responded quickly. The system is so easy that you don't really need much help!
I love that its so easy to share my reviews on my website. You have to get people to your website and reviews are an easy way.
I can't think of features that are missing at this time.

It is easy to set up and use. We needed a way to get google reviews from our clients. We tried various methods previously and struggled to get clients to complete any reviews. Grab Your Review made the process very easy for clients and we have received many reviews from our clients since using the software.

Overall very pleased with the service. When I was setting up I talked to grab your reviews about a couple things they responded very quickly.
Customers now actually give me reviews that are displayed on my website. My Google rank seams to of improved since using grab you reviews. Im now number two when electrician wokingham is searched. Up from six. Take a look at my site and see for yourself. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
Im in the UK and the date on the reviews displayed is in US format. Would love to see in UK format.

The customer support is great and on top of helping me with any support i need fir my account and my clients accounts. They are open to input and committed to making their product better. I feel like they are a partner with me not just a product I use.
I love that I can easily explain to my clients how to use this software and get them grabbing reviews right away. It's easy to navigate the dashboard and my clients are loving how simple and effective it is.
Any issues I've had they resolved within 24 hours or less so I dont feel that there was anything thT didn't get resolved quickly.

Getting more reviews and filtering out negative ones will enhance your online reputation.
Lots of integrations with the most popular review platforms (Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.) Customization options for layout and ability to upload logo are a plus.
There's a QR code generator so team members have their own review link, but there is no way to track which team members generated the review. A dashboard to track which individual QR code generated a new review would be welcome.

The experience so far has been positive. We have a bunch of satisfied customers using it to generate more reviews.
This is easy for me to roll out for end users to help them generate new reviews for their businesses.
Sometimes the customers do not receive the emails asking them for a review, but this is more to do with the Spam filters on the receiving end.

It's easy to use, and gets reviews consistently with little effort from the client.
Garb Your Reviews allows local businesses to improve their search results in their locale, at a reasonable cost.
You have to respond to changes in API's from review sites like Google Business Listings.

Again, ease of use is everything so that counts big time for us.
I really like the easiness of setting up the system and bulk inviting customers to create and generate reviews.
I don't like the UX it feels outdated and not crisp. They could improve that a lot.

The one thing I wish they had was more agency features. We would like to see a agency widget that collects leads by giving a reputation report by entering their bussines name. This would help
