What is OMQ?

NEW: OMQ releases the first German chatbot based on ChatGPT/GPT-4. The beta version is now available for testing to companies from all industries.

OMQ is a suite of cloud-based, artificial intelligence (AI) powered customer service solutions which offer businesses the tools to create custom knowledge bases and dynamic FAQs to encourage customer self service. The platform also automates processes such as ticketing and message response using chatbots and auto-responders in order to provide answers to customer queries without the need for direct agent involvement.

The platform offers five core modules; OMQ Contact for automated contact form responses, OMQ Help for creating dynamic FAQs, OMQ Assist for automated ticketing, OMQ Reply for generated automatic responses, and OMQ Chatbot for AI chat across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Telegram.

The OMQ platform is designed to help customer service teams cut back on manual responses by providing automated responses and self-service help to customers for common issues and frequently asked questions. Businesses can automate the processes of providing the most accurate answers to customer queries, generating dynamic search results within knowledge bases and FAQs, and assisting customers with tasks such as retrieving invoices, changing billing addresses, tracking orders, and more.
