Q. What is PastorsLine used for?
PastorsLine is a cloud-based bulk text and voice system that allows pastors, evangelists and church communicators to communicate effectively with their members and visitors via text, voice and social. Small ministries to mega-churches can build their database by capturing information using mobile keywords and online forms, as well as manage and engage with all members, segments or individuals via desktop or mobile device. PastorsLine enables users to send text messages to a mass of people at a time. The system keeps track of the contact list, and enables contacts to opt-out from receiving SMS messages. Users can also can create sub-lists or small groups of contacts with specific interests, allowing users to target-invite them to meetings, discussions, and more. The voice message system can automatically call contacts and either play a message for a live person, or deposit the message in their voicemail. Automated messaging features include scheduled reminder messages about events or conferences, as well as personalized messages whenever a specific event occurs, such as if a subscriber opts-in or out, or makes a donation. A variety of reporting options allow users to analyze how well their mobile strategy is working with access to click-through, opt-in rates, and more via the dashboard. Engagement via text messaging allows audiences to provide valuable feedback via polls and surveys. Users can generate questions with up to ten possible responses by assigning keywords to each series topic. The shuffle responder allows users to program various responses that individuals receive in a random fashion, useful for creating contests and offering chances for a gift in exchange for contact information.
