What is SeekOut?
SeekOut is a cloud-based recruiting solution designed to help businesses automate processes related to candidate hiring. The artificial intelligence (AI) enabled platform lets recruiting agencies receive candidate recommendations based on job descriptions.
Key features of SeekOut include resume parsing, candidate management, collaboration tools, resume search, and a self-service portal. It uses Boolean search technology to locate various types of candidate profiles, such as public, GitHub, and subject matter experts. Detailed information can be viewed about candidate experience, software development contributions, research papers, patents, and conference presentations.
SeekOut allows recruiters to use Power Filters to sort candidate profiles based on security clearance, in-demand roles, specific companies, and work authorization status.
SeekOut comes with a Blind Hiring Mode, which lets users source talent based on skills and experience by hiding information such as race, gender, or ethnicity. Teams can also generate reports in order to gain diversity insights, view available roles, and measure the company’s performance against competitors.
