    Pros
    Great customer service and the most magical tool out there for recruiters - this is the best investment you can ever have for you company it’s like having LinkedIn.
    My colleagues convinced me that there would be added benefit and we have been using it for 2 months now, and I have to say it's been a very pleasant surprise.
    Overall positive so far however given the duration of use so far, cannot comment any further. Great tool so far for talent search and pooling.
    Cons
    Having so many functionalities can also be a negative as there is a lot to learn.
    Can be use when using which can get frustrating.
    Setting up the system is a bit of a drag - there is still a LOT of manual steps, administrative tasks around setting up access for different members can be tedious, with not much upside to offset it.
