It offers a host of features including multiple pricing models, offline access, ACH processing, custom workflows, subscription tracking via webhooks, email notifications, user role management, and more. Customers can also use the self-service portal to handle their subscriptions, view outstanding invoices and company details, configure account settings, and edit billing, shipping, and contact details through a dashboard.
SubscriptionFlow lets users view built-in reports, modify dashboards and gain insights into churn rate, revenue, usage trends, subscriber lifecycle, renewal rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV) via KPIs and analytics. It also supports integration with various payment gateways and third-party applications such as Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, Xero, QuickBooks, SugarCRM, and Mailchimp.
