Pros and cons

The ability to screen share with your customers is a great asset when assisting non-tech-savvy users.
I love the fact that it is super easy to use, and how often it comes in handy to help issues at hand.
We use Upscope within Intercom so our customers can share their screen with us and so we can provide better customer support. It's very easy to use, quick, and super useful.
Not being able to see PDF documents that our site creates for the user is also a PROBLEM. I have had problems of the connection just dropping for no reason.
For us, we had imbedded windows within our website and it was a struggle to have those show through upscope.
Do let me know if this keeps happening even after doing this and I'll dig further.
