I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful. For expenses that should be quick to process, there are too many errors that are confusing to understand.

Also downloading the monthly detail for our record retention is a great feature.

It breaks down Dollar Charges into many, many Cent Charges for some reason. If I have a Lowe's charge of $98.22, it will break it down into Cents ranging from 1to 91, it's crazy.
