What is sevdesk?
sevdesk is a web-based accounting platform for entrepreneurs and small businesses. It adapts to industry needs, from cleaning services to civil engineering or musicians. The interface is available in German and English.
sevdesk is available across three plans. Basic features include the management of invoices, quotes, reminders, products, customers, and tasks. In its most popular form, the accounting solution also provides evaluations, AI-supported receipt capture, connection to online banking, and further useful features. sevdesk also offers a dashboard and reporting tools. Collaboration is made possible thanks to task management and assignment, audit logs, and access permissions management.
Tax advisors can login to a self-service portal to access their client’s sevdesk account. It provides real-time data and allows exports in a few clicks.
Free apps (iOS and Android) give users the ability to access sevdesk from any device. Daily backups are run and data is encrypted with TLS. sevdesk is GDPR-compliant and offers digital archiving as well as a documentation audit log.
