OutMatch overview

OutMatch is a recruitment solution designed to assist hiring managers with the hiring of talented people to the right job. By generating workforce analytics driven from a system of candidate assessments, the singular, cloud-based platform delivers the key insights predicting employee performance and guiding talent strategy. With OutMatch Assessment, hiring managers can engage candidates with a custom branded experience optimized for convenient completion on mobile platforms, choosing from hundreds of suggested job profiles to target the results. A resulting "Match Score" measures best fit, while a "Match Report" reveals key traits such as personality, numerical reasoning, logical reasoning etc. Interview guides then provide a structured format to suggested or customize questions with the facility to record answers into the system, gleaning deeper responses on cultural or organizational fit, competency and unique behavioral characteristics.

Reference checking logs candidates into the platform with little more than name and email address required, returning a completed check process within 24 hours. Presenting completion and results in real time, online completion is kept anonymous for invited reference contacts who can opt into the talent network with recruiters able to query the sourcing database to identify new talent. Onboarding assessments can similarly be used to aid the welcoming and training of new hires, setting action items for progression, while existing employees are encouraged to complete strategically aligned programs that support personal professional development. Dashboard-based analytics visualize key candidate metrics, summaries and histories with color-coded charts, enabling hirers to also align their assessment experience with access to at-a-glance industry benchmarks. Connectivity with existing applicant tracking systems is also guaranteed thanks to integration partnerships with a number of market leading third-party solutions. OutMatch Bridge allows predictive assessment analytics to be leveraged within ATS platforms including IBM Kenexa, iCIMS, Oracle Taleo & TBE, PeopleFluent, talentReef, SmartRecruiters, UltiPro and Workday.
