A recruiter in another school district recommended Brazen to our district. We begin working with a sales representative that offered excellent customer service. That service has continued and we have much success with using this platform for virtual recruiting.
The integration into our existing processes and ease of use are my favorite features of Brazen. The FAQ feature on our chat-bot really enhanced our recruitment processes.
Although using Brazen is relatively easy. Having an app would be a significant improvement for flexibility and convenience. The cost of the platform has increased significantly for our organization and potentially we will not be able to continue using it.

I like that we can help applicants immediately when applying for a position.
The contract was incredibly expensive for its capabilities.

If you're looking for a virtual event management platform, Brazen is it! The features and on-going enhancements are second to none. I recommend this platform to anyone looking to host virtual events. The candidate management system is fantastic and gathers all the information you need and is fully customizable.
The cost is the only downside, but you also get what you pay for.

Brazen has allowed our recruiting team to connect with many different applicants from all over the U.S. It would be nice to visit each location, but the aspect of time and resources hinders that. Brazen has offered us and the applicants to interact on a no strings attached platform. The applicant or recruiter hasn't lost hours of time for a meeting that didn't pan out. It is the ultimate speed dating for employers. However, it will only work if an employer knows what they are looking for.
I like the easy of use for the chat feature when we hold events. I also really like the chat on demand where prospective applicants can message a recruiter at any time.
I would like the time to be extended a bit more on chats. I think the time should be open ended and give the recruiter the ability to end the chat when needed, not by the clock

AMAZING! From the begginning to now everything and every one at Brazen has been amazing.
How easy and user friendly it was to use. We were able to connect with candidates so quickly. Many staff members in our company use Brazen and every says how amazing and user friendly it is.
The price :( We wish every year was not so expensive.. uping the price every year is difficult on a non-profit company.

I am super excited to be part of Brazen hiring events.
The platform is super user-friendly, it's a fun way to chat with a lot of people in a short amount of time. Increases candidate pipeline & let's us help people know more about who we are!
Would like to see a higher level of attendees. Most of the events I've been a rep in have had a good flow of candidates, however, the most recent one had low attendance, Maybe greater promotion prior to the event.

I attended one job fair using it and it was great.
It was easy to use. I like the break out rooms, time limit, and how many people could join.
It’s was to expensive. Especially since we only needed it for a minute.

It is super easy to set up- setting up each booth has a template so we just make tweeks. A lot of virtual career fairs we have used through schools have required A LOT of time to build it out completely. We also find that our least tech savvy recruiters can utilize Brazen.
I don't like that the video option is so expensive that we aren't able to utilize it because it would be great. I wish we could do more than 2 chats at the same time.
