I really love the system, I got the product that I was promised.
That I can text and send payment alert to my clients, keep their information on file and check my reports is awesome.
I like everything. There is anything missing that I can think now.

Tool is useful, Training about its features or best practices should help its overall experience, as of now, for me its a get to know tool. Suggestion, Training videos must be updated + a new stream of videos not for training, but best practices, similar to what used to be done with Within the Matrix videos, but with based on common best practices like reporting combinations or automated marketing recommendations to light up the creativity on the end user's needs.
Initial Price vs benefit was great. As it has evolved, new features have come handy. Visual Agent / Automatic Marketing is a time saver big time, as long as its correctly set up. When not properly setup, lots of complains can come our way.
Lots of updates and new features were being released, not much training to keep us up with them. We had to learn most of them by Try & error, and we may still not have mastered all features. It lacks of some preset templates for agents / mangers / CSR based on most common configurations (best practices) with the option to add or remove permissions. We should be able to modify what the dashboard view and source of information, currently does not give information as relevant as expected. Reports name and descriptions are really confusing and set expectations that are not met by them.

I think it is the management system that will help us maintain & increase clients for our agency.
The company has provided excellent support & training. I like the way the system can be customized and is very easy to learn and use.
Sometimes key strokes are not responsive. Maybe it's me but I have to hit the key several times. (sometimes)

We like how easy it is to access our customers information. It's the constant changes we dislike immensely. Many times your system is down to make the changes we don't even want. For instance a change that was recently made is that we have to login to the system every 20 minutes?! It's awful. I have appointments every thirty minutes for two months in our busy season. Do you have any idea how many times I will have to login within that 45 day period?!?? I am in the corner office where no one has access to my computer. We should be able to turn off that new awful feature. As a new owner of an agency I am 100% for change, but only if it makes things better. Your changes often make my (and my agents) work life much harder.
I like that we have quick and easy access to our 2,000 customers without having to pull a file out of a cabinet.
I hate that the product is made for car insurance, which we do not sell. I have repeatedly asked if we could change the driver's license number to Medicare number, which is a solid No. We were told instead to put it in a custom field, which we did. This week that field disappeared. I had to leave messages and call back many times before someone would actually talk to me about it. When they did they said it would be fixed the next day as they can no longer make changes immediately. That gave us two entire days with no access to our customer's Medicare numbers. It caused massive problems.

Instead of an improvement from Insurance Pro as we were told, it's simply causing so much more work that I personally think it's an inferior product. I will have to pull up every active policy, update the dates of birth, plug in the coverages and double check to insure the rest of the data transferred correctly. For a client with multiple policies I have to search the list of ALL their policies to find the ONE that needed updated. Unfortunately we're stuck with it, because we trusted Insurance Pro and didn't request a demo, we simply signed the agreement and now are locked in to a one year agreement for an inadequate program.
Tech support and customer service were both great - and that's good because you WILL need tech support!
We were upgraded from Insurance Pro to Agency Matrix by Zywave, and having been extremely please with Insurance Pro we did NOT request a demo - VERY BIG MISTAKE! During the conversion we found several problems: It did NOT bring in policy coverages when transferring to Agency Matrix. It DID change every date of birth in all files to Jan 1, 1901. I does NOT import coverage amounts to accord forms-with...

I have been using Agency Matrix maybe like the past 15 years or more, I was employed and that company was using this system, then I went to work for a different company, they were using a difficult software with many steps just to add a simple information , wasting your time when you need to do it in hurry, so I recommended to switch to Agency Matrix , the difference was big everybody was so happy with the change. Then just recently I open my own business, I knew what I needed to, I set it up right away .
I really would like to recommend anyone who has the need to keep your daily track of all your information , this program is very useful , I have been using Agency Matrix for a very long time, never had any issues with it. The program is easy to understand.
I don't have any opinion that I think is wrong with the system .

It has been great fun learning all the different functions of the software. We are not using but maybe 50% if that, of the capabilities but it is too consuming to take the time to learn things. We are busy.
I like that everything is on one page per client. I also like that there are videos to teach an individual how to use the software. But...who has time for videos? Not me.
The reports are not as easy to work up as you would think. It is not easy to break down what you want or to separate when trying to do a report and print tasks.

It is great when it is working
Management system. The ease of use. Friendly to use.
Site goes down to often. Upgrades to system do not always make things better. The upgrade for agency financing was a nightmare & creates more work for the agency. This just made our job harder.

I have been an agency matrix user for over 10 years . It has made being a virtual agency very simple , I would have never imagined this Being able to travel and still take care of your clients because I have to software to access at all times is priceless . I love agency matrix
I love the fact that I’d is easy to navigate
Well like anything else I hate when the price goes up and they added a new product but it is not always in my budget to get the next best thing

An easy way to keep track of my book and the policies of each of my clients.
We started with it 9 years ago. It's easy to use on the daily/customer basis, but sometimes setting up the functions can be confusing and not so simple.
It is sometime difficult and time consuming to set up new functions or companies.

Overall I would recommend Agency Matrix although with the ITC take over our price went up $10 without any communication that it was going to happen.
I love all the information that is at my fingertips when a customer calls. Reports are good a little complicated but good
i have an error that pops up when I want to scan directly to a persons file. I have to ok it a couple of times before it will actually scan so it takes alot of unnecessary time and we are a very busy office.

It does what we need it to do. Like many CRM programs, it is probably not being used to the fullest extent
The initial set up can be cumbersome. It is tedious to enter carrier names, addresses, naic numbers, etc

easy to look up clients and post payments
have to input things multiple times we should be able to add an endorsement and input the vehicle info once and it be filled in everywhere it needs to be insurance id cards and binders should be easier

Customizability options and the support I receive from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
I am still not clear on what my bill is going to be despite asking my sales rep a few times to clarify it, the training videos and training calls are helpful but there are so many options that a quick start guide with recommended templates for marketing and everything would be great

Functionality has always been good, since the buy out it has been horrible and I no longer want to use the software or the company. Currently looking for a new CRM just because the support level is zero.
I like the amount of features that can be utilized inside the software. I like that it’s pretty easy to navigate.
Understanding the features. A lot of the features are overwhelming and do not understand what the workflow is or how to best use the system.

Overall the basic functions needed get done.
The easy of imputing Information is great. Retrieving the information is not as easy.
I think most people would be happy with this product if support for specific services. For example accounting, commissions, reports after about six months it would be great.

I learned from my mistakes. lol
You can set little reminders on your account to remind you of any tasks you need to do. Processing a payment on this software was really simple. Bridging from ITC turbo rater was easy as well.
The way you upload a document to matrix could use some improvements. I wish you could upload at least more than 4 docs before actually pressing upload. It just eats up time for me. Unlike Evolution, you can scan directly to the customer's account & upload as many files as you want. It works as a drag & drop feature.

The customer service was terrible. Never was able to talk to someone when i needed help with the system. I moved to a different system this year.
The one thing I did like was when typing Certificates the system auto filled almost everything.
I thought that the marketing side could have been better. Blast emails really never went through.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], our trainer, was wonderful. Our transition was slow, but she was patient and super helpful. Any time I have had to call for support, everyone has been very helpful and courteous.
Ability to keep all customer data, accounting, commissions in one program and variety of reports and correspondence options.
No real cons once we got everyone trained.
