Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.
It is good for small startups because of its reasonable pricing compared to other CRM tools. Also the customization of the software feature is also a great one.
Definitely Not at all a matured technology with the failure to understand basics if it comes to the custom tab.
I like that it has a mobile app so that helps for the chat when you are not in the computer and someone needs to contact you.
They should also fix the integration feature, as some of the integration is not properly integrated and no data are shown in the software after it is connected.

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

Our experience has been very good. It's been a great tool to have, and we've used it very frequently.
I have to click several links to get to it, which is annoying since it's one of only two features I use.
Absolutely pleased with it and the time that we save using it. The epay url for our clients that we can insert into emails is also a huge win.
It did take several days for us to know that an ACH transfer was denied because of non-sufficient funds.
Ease of implementation and continued use of the program has been fantastic, and the timeliness of the customer's payments getting routed to us is quick. I'm quite happy with ePayPolicy.
It does not pull from our client manager either. So insurers who have endorsements have to cancel and set up their payments again.
As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well.
The delay in receiving funds into our account once the client payment is made.
Like the ease, the speed, the service and the friendliness of Epays employees.
Overall we have had a great experience and like how much it has simplified receiving payments.

Very welcoming and supporting staff, great explanations and are quick to address my questions or concerns.

EPay Policy does a fantastic job of creating a payment portal for your agency to use in order to handle payments easily for clients. It will integrate with most AMS allowing for easier bookkeeping.
Great product and easy to use. The cost of doing business monthly has been minimal.
The system is easy to use and if you need to void a payment or make a change, the system is pretty easy. The few times I have spoken to customer support they have been able to assist quickly.

We have shifted a large share of our payments online with this vendor and the costs are paid directly by the insureds. We do not have to deal with the regularity fees and such.

Easy to find existing applications, love to tool you can now send people to self-enroll. Love the layout of each carrier with benefits.
I litterally stopped representing the carriers during open enrollment on the Marketplace last year. There were constant conflicts on the individual carrier sites.
I also enjoy how easy it is to save your leads and upload documents for clients. I like the ability to maintain the leads and be able to maintain the accounts throughout the year.
Often the password would just quit working for them for no reason, and every year we had a difficult time resetting the password.
It conveniently stores data history and client activity for my records. Customer support is always super helpful when I call in for help.
Difficult to manage your clients especially when the client is a shopper and changes their choices.
HealthSherpa is a great partner to save time and help to provide clients with the high level of customer service that I expect to give.

There's a lot going on when looking at an error, which can be overwhelming. Sometimes errors don't give all the information you need; requires you to setup breadcrumbs properly.
Also accept some degree of customisations which is nice.
Be preempted on errors... fix it before client complaint.

We pride ourselves in customer service which often includes same day delivery. Our SNAPPII app is critical to our ability to provide the best possible service and helps to save our bottom line.
No backup, the app randomly lost some of the info and we had to rebuild parts of the app. We spoke with customer service and they advised us that they could not recover the app data.
Flexible and powerful when you know what you are doing. We love the options for customization and the overall look and feel is better than other solutions I have used.
DIY platform was tedious and left you stuck and tech help soon get fed up of you and also will ignore you too using the chat facility.
The apps help us achieve that objective and help showcase these products. Snappii's technical staff have been very responsive when issues arise, allowing us to solve them and keep the apps up to date.
Updates caused user frustration and when adding multiple users.

That the form can only be filled out with a tablet positioned vertically. This makes it difficult when using a keyboard on a IPAD to import data.
