What is AirMason?

AirMason is a cloud-based solution designed to help organizations create, distribute, track and update digital handbooks, with the aim of improving employee onboarding and engagement. The platform comes with a handbook builder, which allows managers to personalize manuals using custom templates, fonts, colors, and background images.

AirMason enables users to add photos, videos, and links to external documents as well as resources. The solution offers a host of features such as password access, role-based permissions, templates library, URL sharing, version tracking, SSL security, data encryption, automated email distribution, and more. The system also lets users monitor documents for signatures and send reminders to employees for pending actions.

AirMason includes collaboration functionality, which enables managers to invite team members and edit and update documents in real-time. The built-in dashboard lets users manage handbooks and policy documents from a centralized location. Plus, it supports single sign-on (SSO) and integrates with various human resource information systems (HRIS).
