The platform offers features such as customizable templates, configurable workflows, audit reports, document sharing and tracking, and more. SignWell aims to help businesses reduce their document turnaround time, whilst ensuring that all documents are compliant with US and international electronic signature laws. With SignWell, businesses can set up custom workflows in order to control who is responsible for signing documents and in which order. Sending order can be configured and each person receives an automatic notification when it is their turn to sign the document. Document templates can be created and saved within SignWell for specific use cases such as estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, and more. Audit reports ensure that all document and signature changes can be tracked and accounted for, and all stakeholders can check the progress of a document in real time. Presentations and other documents can be shared online using SignWell and users can track whether or not their shared documents have been viewed by recipients.
