What is Omatic Cloud?
ImportOmatic enables quick data integration for Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge and Raiser's Edge NXT. The solution redefines efficiencies with baked-in intelligence to clean data, smart profiles for tailored processing, and an expanding catalog of connectors (including MailChimp, WealthEngine, Luminate Online and more) that make import and export a one-step process.
Key features include an advanced duplicate scoring algorithm that uncovers potential matches and assigns a confidence level, separate scoring settings for constituents and relationships, and multiple matching options for constituent code and attributes. ImportOmatic allows users to set and automatically enforce distinct parameters for constituents and relationships, and take advantage of hotkey shortcuts to speed up interactive import screens.
ImportOmatic also includes an intuitive data mapping grid, bi-directional data import/export capabilities, and easily searchable online user documentation. Users are able to reset field mapping while maintaining values in other screens, and automatically add data that doesn't exist in a file with "virtual fields".
