Lightspeed Voice® provides a suite of Cloud-based communications solutions, collectively known as Quantum. Quantum allows agents an easier way to communicate with our mobile society while enabling the virtual office and remote worker with mobile apps, SMS & MMS messaging, virtual faxing, softphone for PC & Mac, virtual switchboard, and a host of top-tier telecommunications features like call recording, storage, transcription and more.

Our U.S.-based team provides comprehensive white-glove setup, onboarding, and training, ensuring your satisfaction and success. While the web-based platform provides for easy self-administration; or our team of consultative professionals is happy to provide ongoing management of the system on your behalf.

Lightspeed Voice® is not a white-label solution. All technology, i.e., software, hardware, and support, is fully owned and provided by our 100% U.S.-based company and team. Our platform does not utilize any 3rd-party cloud computing or storage solutions. This unique advantage allows us granular control over each element of our service: systems and data are always under our full control.

We maintain geographically redundant SOC2-certified data centers, chosen due to their strategic proximity to Tier-1 service providers and geographically separated in case of natural or manmade disaster. The sites are connected via dual private fiber-optic connections, each supplied by different vendors to ensure maximum stability in the case of physical failure.

More than 10 Tier-1 internet service providers peer in each facility and connectivity is established and blended through each provider. Last-mile IP latency to client endpoint sites is greatly reduced, thus all but ensuring top-quality, crystal clear, high definition sound.

Data centers are powered by redundant electrical grids with backup diesel power generating systems and A/B battery power banks. Environment control includes N+1 cooling systems and advanced fire detection and suppression. Facilities are each secured with biometric access and 24/7-armed security.

Lightspeed Voice® owns routable IP space and maintains full control over BGP routing using ARIN-assigned AS number 54300. Using these assets, our networks are engineered to receive or deliver IP traffic through whichever data center we wish, based on our strategic needs at the time. Such strategies include the avoidance of internet backbone disruptions, DDOS attacks, and other types of internet interferences.

Data center equipment is top-of-the-line, current, fully patched, and at a minimum, N+1 redundant. Customer communications systems are not members of a multi-tenant platform but rather a unique virtualized environment where each client is assigned a dedicated virtual machine.
