Novocall is a cloud-based call tracking and recording software that helps sales teams, marketing agencies, and other B2B businesses manage multi-channel customer communications on a centralized platform. Team members can embed widgets and custom forms into websites, allowing them to automatically schedule and trigger callbacks with customers.

Administrators can utilize Novocall’s call routing module to configure workflows and transfer calls based on multiple criteria, such as relevant departments, employee product knowledge, or geographical locations. Team leaders can set-up business hours to schedule follow-ups accordingly and record all calls to monitor team performance. The call tracking functionality helps employees attribute and track calls based on their marketing sources. It also allows sales professionals to automate outbound call campaigns, manage multiple leads, and generate reports to measure campaign performance.

Novocall provides an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as Zapier, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Analytics, Microsoft Outlook, and Flock. It also lets staff members create and handle a unified inbox to manage customer communications across multiple external platforms, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Line.
