What is Ooma Office?

Key benefits of using Ooma Office

• Ooma Office provides anonymous call rejection (ACR), allowing users to block all incoming calls which do not provide Caller ID information.

• Administrators and receptionists can manage and transfer calls to multiple users through expansion modules, displaying whether the lines are free or busy.

• Ooma Office comes with a call park solution, which enables users to park up to five simultaneous calls on hold for available representatives or extensions to answer them.

• The ring groups module lets incoming phone calls ring extensions of several or all users within sales or customer service departments to reduce the number of unanswered calls.

• Ooma Office enables users to incorporate their own greetings or on-hold music by uploading MP3 or WAV files.

Pros
This is the best solution for anyone looking to get a solution that grows with the business, is easy to set up and keeps getting better.

CH

Cee H.

Very easy to setup out of the box and get running with their config site, TONS of features for something priced so low, very easy to use, LOVE the options, price is amazing.

SF

Scott F.

Ease of set up, the service is reliable, call quality is good, great price and many extras, and customer service is top notch (if you need them at all).

Sharon B.

Cons
It was a little confusing on how to remove the virtual receptionist.

SH

Shirley H.

Recording for the virtual receptionists requires a weird record and upload instead of just being able to do it from the app.

MA

Mata A.

They seem to crash or don't sync with my phone as often.

A Solid Option For Small Businesses

Reviewed 2 years ago

The Ooma platform has been great for our office. The apps and web portal give us everything we need to have a customized set up. The only problems we've had have been hardware related, and those were resolved by their support team.

Pros

The Ooma Business platform is pretty robust and easy to setup and use. We've been able to deploy phones and fax and our clients get a professional experience when they call us.

Cons

There are a couple of quality of life features missing, i.e. you can text from mobile, but not from desktop.

Great ViOP for small business

Reviewed 5 months ago

Great customer service (if you have issues), low pricing and easy to use.

Pros

Ooma offers great value for small businesses. It's easy to set up and use and has lots of call menu options and call forwarding. You can also set schedules, which are also easy to change. Call logs are available and offer call blocking with a single click, which is awesome to avoid robo and sales calls.

Cons

The phones themselves could be better. They often reboot or "search for base" at in opportune times.

The Best Phone Service

Reviewed a month ago

Ooma has quick capability to update hours, which was critical during Covid. It enabled us to easily and quickly communicate with customers through texting. It automated simple processes like telling our store hours to customers. It streamlined checking messages in our email inbox so we didn’t need to set pins or train employees! The list goes on and on! I recommend Ooma office to all!

Pros

Ooma Office is By far the best phone service on the market! We saved hundreds of dollars switching and haven’t had any problems. If we can’t figure something out the customer reps will answer a call, usually in under 30 seconds. The software is intuitive. It is easy to setup, and the app makes texting customers easy and straightforward. Being able to text pictures is also a phenomenal feature! Noteworthy items: 1) Great Pricing 2) Reliable Service 3) Included texting capabilities 4) Included Virtual Receptionist 5)Easy to update hours 6) Changes all remote capable

Cons

Nothing! Ooma is the absolute best! I am so happy we switched over.
