“Need to improve their customer support and if they can concentrate on the redemption of the reward points balance to exchange as gift cards without rounding up the points example, If an employee having 1020 points balance he/she could only redeem their balance by starting 300 points in 3 times, So that they will get 3 gift cards worth the balance with the left over 120 points in their wallet, instead of this if they can exchange entire reward points to gift cards it will be helpful to use convert all the points to gift card is worthy.”
