What is STARFACE?
STARFACE offers a flexible and future-proof IP telephony system. As a UCC platform it even offers functions like video conferencing.
It also offers a new software - STARFACE NEON. This is a video conferencing tool that enables companies from all industries to hold video meetings with up to 24 members. The tool is integrated as a feature in the STARFACE software landscape and can be called up via the associated client. External participants need no software or registration procedure. The meeting organizer grants them access to a meeting via an invitation link.
Meetings can be started from the dashboard, planned as individual events, or arranged as a series of appointments. At the same time, users also get an overview of planned and active meetings. Within the conference function, the tool offers a remote access feature with which the moderator can request screen access from other participants in the ongoing meeting and thus assume control. Such screens can then be shared with participating colleagues or customers. Meetings can also be attended via a country-specific landline number.
In order to maintain privacy on behalf of its users, the hosting takes place exclusively in German data centers. In addition, STARFACE NEON is GDPR-compliant and offers TLS encryption.
