It's easy to manage client contacts, deals and sales pipelines right where these transactions live - in Gmail.

Pros

Without bloating the interface, the browser extension and permissions grant you access to customizable sales pipelines, deals and contacts management, and email tracking all associable with the client emails in your inbox.

Cons

Parts of the interface can be misleading as to what is included in the free version - I frequently run into a hard paywall when trying to access some links beneath my sales funnels.

Great software for high-performing teams. Helps to move e-mail management to the next level.

As mentioned before, much time saved and more control on the incoming e-mails.

Pros

Compatibility and full integration with many other management software via Zapier helps to automate many daily activities and saves much time.

Cons

When used only for project and e-mail management, not using many other CRM tools provided in the app, the corporate plan is too expensive and other intermediate plan would be more than welcome (eg. free features + taks support, call logs and meeting notes).

Easy to use, does everything I need for a CRM. No more switching between windows all in Gmail.

I can also see things and update things in the mobile app which is helpful being a salesman on the road.

- time savings - communication inside company is organised - general overview of the situation is much simpler with CRM software like Streak

Pros

- integration with Gmail - competitive pricing - customization posibilities - constant improvement and new feature developement

Cons

- sometimes organizing boxes (or you may call them leads in most cases) is done a little differently than expected, but as with every software you have to get used to it

A good CRM solution for casual use that integrates well with Gmail.

Pros

This makes it easy to access your contacts and remain in the same interface and paradigm.

Cons

It can get a little oppressive to have the CRM tied to the email interface if you're not working on your CRM activities.

Pros

The integration with Gmail makes easy to use and control the pipeline and the management of everyday tasks.

Cons

Sometimes you have to reload the Gmail to activate the extension. Don't know about including more users yet.

Pros

Not overwhelming. API means a lot of connections to other great app platforms.

Cons

For the new user, the calculation/formula tools can be daunting.

It is great for management of pipelines with multiple users who use Gmail but lacks some automated connections that higher priced CRMs provide. For notes, it allows for quick nots but not regular updates on each lead.

Pros

Streak saves you time and lets you be as prodactive as you can be.

Cons

Android app is very poorly optimized it crashes a lot and it lacks fule Streak featuers. Reporting is quite limited on Android which leaves bad impression.

Live in gmail all day? This is the tool for you

The fact that I needed a more powerfull solution beyond tracking mails towards deal flow follow-up, chat embeds, forms etc made us look for a total solution.

Pros

It works with labels, provides direct & clear insights in your mailbox. 2) Collaboration... in gmail We used Streak as a team.

Cons

1) lack of an evenly good mobile solution They have an app that 'works', but it is not at the same level as their desktop gmail experience. 2) lack of featuers No sequences were the major reason to stop using Streak.

We're following the progress of follow-up in the steps needed to convert a lead into an investor, Streak make it easy to categorize everyone and see if other team members were chatting with certain leads too.

Pros

Integrates with Gmail easily and cooperation with other team members is easy.

Cons

I had a hard time with the Mail Merge and I had to monkey around a bit to run tests before using the feature. Wish a "test your mail merge" was easier.

I like this because like I mentioned above, in a nutshell, it turns your gmail into a CRM. I live by my g-suite, which is nice.

Cons

Some things are limited, like their mobile app on the android - or at least that's what I found.

Simple interface to see 100% of my departments and what's going well and what isn't.

Pros

Integration was EXTREMELY simple!

Cons

Sure a great percentage of the World uses Gmail however in order for this to be 5 stars on ease of use, everyone needs to be a power user, otherwise you'll have to do some "extra" training with the folks that only know how to "check mail". Besides that I have nothing bad to say and my entire team loves it!

Great for new CRM managers

Streak helped me stay organized when tracking cold calls and cold emails with potential customers. sharing that data with co-workers to avoid redundancy was another super helpful features of the app.

Pros

Streak is great because it integrates seamlessly with gmail and g suite.

Cons

i wish there were more free features with streak. as a start-up, money was tight and if i was able to use more free featured with streak, i would have kept with it and when i was able to pay more for more features, it would have been so integrated into my business that i wouldn't have had a choice but to switch to a paid plan.

Also it is nice to see past interactions when a client contacts me as well as seeing corporate information.

Pros

The Personal version is Free and great for small businesses. There are limits yes, however it was more then enough to serve both our Sales and Support needs.

Cons

The Pro version gets really expensive really fast. Occasionally items are not where I expect them to be and I have to look around.

Cons

Cannot sync mobile phone number from google contacts. There is only "phone" option in contact. which sees phone number of google contacts, and most contacts are with mobile number only.

Pros

There's a fresh option if you are reading email messages to "snooze" an email, which goes it out of your inbox and then brings it back at the same time you set - if you are a zero inbox fan (like myself) you will love that feature.

Cons

No real drawbacks that I can see.

What would I do without Streak?

2018-07-26

The biggest benefit is being able to schedule an email reminder weeks or months out -- about something I need to take care of at some later date. I'm able to then put that thing out of my mind, freeing up space for things I need to deal with sooner.

Pros

I use this feature for all sorts of reasons: 1. to remind myself to check in on tasks I've delegated, or questions I've asked that haven't yet been answered 2.

Cons

I do get errors from time to time ("Streak failed") and the error reports don't give me sufficient information to track down what happened.
