Pros
This software is so flexible, and powerful for teams, I like that it is like pipedrive. The pipelines are endless, and so are it's applications, all within gmail

Cons
It is pricey, it used to be cheap, then they jacked up the price. I don't think it's worth what they want to charge.

Streamlined my CRM process

Pros
Ability to send out personalized mail merges to prospects wherever they are in your sales funnel is awesome. Also, they have a fantastic Zapier integration.

Cons
Well, as with anything I wish it was cheaper but honestly the value is tremendous. You get what you pay for.

Pros
I absolutely LOVE Streak. I have used cumbersome, expensive CRM tools in the past. Streak is low cost, easy to use, excel style, easily adaptable to my needs, with easy editing features. It has given me hours upon hours back into my day!

Cons
On occasion it is glitchy, but it could be my gmail account. Also, I would like to share it across multiple email accounts (for free ;)

CRM for email

Pros
I like how powerful my email box became when I implemented the Streak. It made email tracking, communication and scheduling so much easier.

Cons
It is a bit overpriced. It would be great to have more affordable pricing options.

It's cheap, it has lots of integration with other software, and it helped us to get quality control over the sales department and customer support.

Pros
Easy to use and has a lot of integration features that help us track everything. Track your information on the stages you want and make the followup. Its customized permissions allow to share the content, clients, and pipelines with the people we want it to. You can give very customized permission to all your workers, for some of them or create your own private pipelines and your data will be protected. I also like the easy database creation, just from a spreadsheet and import it to the CRM. Very simple.

Cons
Bugs and fixes and bugs again. It tends to get some bugs, even though they solve it really quick, it gets a bit of annoying. Sometimes the interface gets slow, so you need a proper laptop or PC to use it. It looks really messy at first and the interface its so colorful, it looks like a unicorn made it, but you tend to get used to it.

The thing I like about using streak is that it is a very simple to use CRM. Recommended for anyone who uses CRMs and that is also a Gmail user

I wish the professional plan for streak was a bit cheaper. Should be noted that the personal version is free.

I have no use of a CRM for personal and private contacts, and use other solutions for my business and professional network

Pros
I believe that the Gmail integration and the freemium price plan makes Streak and very potent proposition

Cons
I am using other CRM and the switching cost and adoption (learning curve) makes it a burden. Also I use Gmail for personal use and Gmail for business for professional use. I simply don't see the use of utilizing a CRM for private email contacts.

Increased productivity, follow through, and scheduling of email-related tasks. Huge efficiency increase!

Pros
The integration with email makes it easy to be very thorough and efficient with lead follow-ups, form emails, tasks, send later, etc. Productivity increased tenfold when we started using Streak.

Cons
I can't think of anything to complain about. I wish we could afford the premium plan to take advantage of the premium features, but that's not Streak's fault, their prices are very reasonable.

Pros
We've used Streak in our startup with our business development team. It worked out great to organize and reach out to potential partners. Setting it up and get going at a low price is what Streak is great for.

Cons
While Streak lives within Gmail or in our case, Gmail for business, it was clear that it's not for the long run, esp. when you run more than 500 or 1000 contacts and use multiple people.

Pros
CRM- Customer Relationship Marketing. Solid Gmail integration and good reminders on followup. Free version isn't that bad. Support is better than I though it would be. Resources are ok.

Cons
Price for the pro version is a touch pricey and for a monthly fee. It's hard to justify the cost if you are a small business.

Pros
I enjoy knowing if my email has been read and also seeing how many times it has been viewed. It can really help to know that if a client of mine has looked at an email a dozen times then they probably need more assistance.

Cons
I do not like the pricing structure. It's very expensive for what it is. I have chosen to remain on the free plan because of this.

Pros
I have been searching for a product that I can use with a computer and phone. I have been using streak with the free version and it has been great so far. I would consider the paid version but I think it is too pricey.

Cons
The cost of the program is too much. I run a small business and the price doesn't seem to fit with all the other products that we need to pay for.

Pros
Most companies using Gmail try to integrate other tools and CRMs, with limited success. Being able to allow people to do most everything in Gmail - from tracking to mail merge to pipelines that show where the customer is in the journey from contact to close - is a big plus. It's so easy to use and set up, allowing newbies to use it and not distracting those experienced from having to learn a separate interface.

Cons
The jump in price from free, which is super limited and good to try out. There should be an interim price point for those that don't have the budget nor use all the capabilities. Plus data validation and data recovery are limited to the most expensive version, these should be standard if you pay.

Streak has helped in automating email sending and helped me with tracking the email opens etc to be more effective in sending emails and follow-ups. Recommended tool to any company that can't afford costly email tools but still would want most features.

Pros
1. Pricing is very optimal for start-ups like us. 2. Email Customization possibility is very high, just add all fields in a CSV and use it as reqd. Never a person will detect it was automated email. 3. Quick to set-up and start [took me not more than 10 minutes to send my first trial campaign.

Cons
There is no external dashboard where I can see things, it is all in Gmail so sometimes I feel things are cluttered.

Streak helps me manage my daily emails so much quicker!

Pros
I have a full-time job but manage a side consulting business. So much of what I do for my consulting is through email, and I am stuck managing a ridiculous email load on a daily basis. Streak gives me powerful templates, great CRM, and more all within my Gmail inbox. It's cheap, affordable, and easy to use. I can email 100+ people at a time all while sounding personal and direct to all of them. It also tells me who is opening my emails, when, and how many times. I can't recommend enough!

Cons
Streak can crash occasionally and I have to reboot the window to get it to work again. Minor issues but frustrating every time my flow is interrupted.

I found this to be a great sales lead/CRM tool when my business was smaller and cash flow was a huge issue. It integrates so easily with Gmail so you aren't going into yet another program to track emails and sales. If you're looking to keep things simple and integrated then Streak is a great option. I still use and love the email tracking feature which allows me to "know" if my clients have read the emails I sent.

Pros
I most love the email tracking feature. It is one of the most economical options for this type of service and still use it to this day.

Cons
Now that I have moved into using another option for my sales processes (it allowed me to automate many tasks where Streak did not) I don't like the fact that I cannot delete the parts of the software that I don't use (the sales pipeline feature).

Pros
Streak does the job of small business CRM well, it does it cheaply and it does it straight from your Gmail account in a way that feels natural and efficient, plus the close integration with your email inbox is a feature by itself. It tends to be my first recommendation to freelancers, startups and small businesses looking to start using a CRM.

Cons
I don't really have complaints. If Streak is a fit for you or not depends on the size of your business and the volume of leads and deals you generally deal with. It can start being insufficient, clunky in terms of account, contact and opportunity management at a certain point.

Overall experience has been great and it has been a life saver. A lot could be improved though like automating the workflow of adding leads from emails, auto reminding about contacting leads. Streak has features on the free version, which no other crm has (in our knowledge) llike mail merge for your leads, magic columns, clean interface needing very little training, email integrated. Its a blessing!

Pros
Streak is awesome and the best in class for email integrated CRM, particularly small businesses that work on gmail. It has a clean excel like interface & they developed an App and gave it in free version very early on. It is something every self employed must use and can use. It is a no brainer, goto CRM, compared to all other CRMs out there. We evaluated many CRMs 10 years back, when we first started with Streak.

Cons
For a small company to get onto the paid version, the starting plan is a little expensive for small team. They should make it cheap for upto 3 employees, so a lot more small companies can afford it. They limit upto 50 boxes for leads on free version, that is a little too less, because not all leads are able to convert. With a little ads, you actually get a lot of leads, so a minute of 100 leads should be allowed. Also on the free plan, they don't allow you to share the pipeline with someone above 50 leads, they should allow to share with tleast 1 employee so that it doesn't cripple a small biz and they dont' go hunting for a new crm. Streak doesn't have good videos to boot-up a new customer quickly.

Pros
I have only used the free version so far but it has been great with keeping track of my clients and day to day. I have now branched out and created pipelines for my kids schooling and will be utilizing it for my non profit in the near future. I have already recommended this to multiple people that have started using the program and have equally fell in love with it

Cons
I wish that there were more videos out showing the differences on the price structure and what it offers.

I truly love having the gmail integration. I spend a solid amount of my day in gmail so being able to plan projects while in there rather than swapping apps, its fantastic for teams.

Cons
