Sales professionals can pre-record voicemails using customizable scripts, configure access permissions, and send personalized voice messages to specific contacts. It also lets users manage email campaigns and create marketing flyers with built-in content designing tools.
Surefire CRM provides an API, which enables businesses to integrate the platform with various loan operating systems (LOS) such as Encompass, LendingQB, Floify, and more. Other features of the software include database monitoring, customizable branding, and text messaging.
