Versature overview

Versature is a provider of cloud hosted VoIP solutions for SMB’s and Enterprise-level organizations seeking SaaS-based business phone systems. Available on scalable per month per user pricing plans, Versature packages offer toll-free minute allowances, multiple call queues, plus the free provision of plug & play VoIP phones. Configured and delivered by Versature’s provisioning team, general features and add-ons include unlimited local calls (Canada), voicemail, fax to email, call logging and auto attendant support. This is made extendable thanks to an Open API and a number of integration options for third-party systems such as Salesforce, Klipfolio and Slack, plus an add-on for Google Sheets. Versature Insights then adds business call analytics with a Performance Wallboard for motivating calls agents with comparative performance statistics. Audio conversation records can also be filtered and listened back, while a Call Center Web Header embeds call queue information into a customer service website.

Versature for iOS then provides a free companion mobile app that allows Versature users to extend business phone services away from the desk. With secured login, it features a dial pad, plus a configurable caller ID for displaying a Versature business number for inbound and outbound calls. A contact directory facilitates one-touch dialing across an organization’s contact book or those locally stored, while presence awareness shows which users are online. Call histories and configurable answering rules are joined by voicemail access, along with call conferencing, transfer and recording capabilities. In addition, the app also offers a “call pull” option for seamlessly moving live calls between mobile and office desk phones.

I really like this service. I think it is a great new way of having office phones with fantastic customer support. The company is located in Ottawa with their support teams there as well so you are actually talking to a person who knows the company/your problems and not a bot or someone overseas in a call centre.
