Worky is a cloud-based HR (human resource) management system for the Mexican market. The platform allows businesses to manage HR operations including time and attendance, shift management, time off requests, absence tracking, recruitment, employee reviews, payroll, benefits management, and more. The platform, which is specifically designed for Mexican companies, aims to help with internal communications, enhance the employee experience, and save time by automating simple processes.
Managers can use Worky to manage shifts, time tracking and time off. The platform provides insight into absences, hours worked, overtime, and more so that managers can track their team members and correctly process weekly payrolls. Employees are able to make time off requests for payment variables such as commissions, bonuses, vacations, sick days, and more within the system.
Worky has an in-built employee directory, which includes information about each individual's department, role, contact details, and more and includes documents such as contracts and paychecks. Other features of Worky include 360 degree feedback for employee evaluations, payroll receipt distribution, team calendars for birthdays and anniversaries, an integrated org chart, and more.
