I have tried numerous social media content managers. Many have tons of bells and whistles that I never needed or even knew how to use. Downside is that you pay for all those unused features. Cloud Campaign has focused on all the important features you want (and continues to add to the product) without making it too hard to figure out. They also did a great job of onboarding us and helped set up our queues and schedules. Anytime I've had a question they have been very responsive and quick to help.
I love that it allows me to map out our social content and let it flow almost effortlessly. We have our RSS feed hooked in and content set to flow to specific queues. We are able to alternate types of social media posts with the queues. Doing this manually would take us hours!
They have auto captioning that doesn't work quite right with our post types. We have turned off auto captions and just manually edit the captions right now. This would be a great feature for long form articles, but most of our content is too short for the system to accurately pull the right information.

I came to CC because I had a client with over 100 locations and I required the ability to set recurring content to groups of pages without clicking 68 accounts each time. This program is saving me tons of time in scheduling content.
I love the ability to have recycling content set to go to multiple accounts in perpetuity as some of my clients need to post the same things on a regular basis.
I don't find it intuitive to use. I've been using it for several months and I still have to dig around to find things. The reps had to work with me for quite a while in the beginning to figure out what was causing the issues I was having that they'd never seen before. The reporting feature doesn't work well for a large number of accounts. Getting the Instagram autoposting set up is a bit tricky, but it works once completed.

My overall experience with Cloud Campaign has been great! I plan on sticking around and will likely be adding more clients in the future.
There's so much I like about Cloud Campaign! What I currently like most about the software is that it continues to learn and adapt based on my posting routine. I also really like the Canva integration, which I use daily! It has eliminated the step of my having to download content and then upload it into the program. I also really enjoy the ease of reporting and then sharing those reports with my clients.
I haven't quite figured out how to create schedules that work for me. I schedule unique and specific content on different channels, very rarely do I use the same copy or piece of content in the same month.

They have been very helpful and willing to help in every way I have needed.
The software works great. I like how you can have multiple brands and every social profile for each brand grouped with that brand. It's easy to build one time and ever green posts. The support is incredible any question I have they answer quickly and are very helpful with anything that I have asked for help with.
I wish the social listening portion had better notifications.

So far I've loved Cloud Campaign. The customer support is great and I love having an account manager that checks in on us.
Having the ability to post to multiple platforms, schedule content, get easy approvals / feedback from clients + analytics & dashboards are just a few reasons why I love Cloud Campaign
Sometimes there are publishing errors, the interface could be a bit modernized.

Our Agency previously used another social media scheduling and management software system that was less intuitive and MUCH more expensive than Cloud Campaign - we are so happy we switched. Cloud Campaign is easy to understand (even for those less "tech-minded), intuitive and just makes sense. The CVS upload feature allows you to create and schedule days, weeks, months of content with the click of a button. across all platforms. Clients can easily view, comment on, and approve content - our Clients immediately recognized we switched platforms and were happy with the change.
The one feature I would like to see developed is auto-optimization for scheduling.

A very positive experience for our team and very positive results for our clients.
We ripped out an industry standard social media management platform in place for Cloud Campaign when Cloud was new. We've found the support to be terrific, the platform intuitive, and execution seamless.
Cloud being a newer solution is quickly ramping up to adopt and integrate more options for video.

As a small agency working with larger brands, Cloud Campaign allows us to manage our work effectively in one singular spot for multiple clients. Social media management can be time-consuming, and Cloud Campaign helps us to work efficiently, improving our profitability. The output of the approval process, reporting and custom-branded tools makes us look super pro and helps our clients to provide information we need faster. We are so happy we selected Cloud Campaign as our tool of choice!
There are a few small hiccups within the software, like tagging people, but for every item we come across, the CC development team is already working on a solution and promising a fix or update.

Overall, I've been very pleased with Cloud Campaign. Having the ability to design within the platform, schedule, and drip-post has increased our communication and interactions with stakeholders.
I like that all my accounts stay linked with no issues. The platform is very easy to use and I love the Canva integration.
I wish there was a feature where I could see all my social media feeds within the platform. I find that the Social Listening feature isn't enough.

Cloud Campaign has allowed me to save a ton of time and gives our clients a better service. We do not have posts scheduled to the incorrect accounts anymore, switching posts in schedules is a breeze, and we can post to most platforms automatically. It has been a game-changer for the social media management side of our company.
The approval process is my favorite thing about Cloud Campaign. It allows me to send approvals quickly and easily.
The Canva integration is very useful, however, it is limited in its use. You are limited to a square crop for Instagram rather than the portrait crop, and if you have onboarded clients you have to share your Canva account with them for posting, which means they could have access to your Canva content library. However, the feature is incredibly helpful despite those flaws.

This is an amazing product with a great customer success team behind it. I can create content super easily with the Canva integration, catalog and create captions for all of it, send out approvals to my clients, manually schedule posts or setup auto schedulers, and review analytics for all social channels - all in one dashboard. Not only that but their team is super helpful and proactively checks in with me to make sure there are no issues and that I am using the software to its potential.
There's a slight learning curve with the UI but it's not too bad.

Cloud Campaign is incredibly easy to use! It only took me a few hours to get comfortable with the interface and start training others on how to use it.

Love it. It's changed how our agency has run social media for our clients. The analytic reports are what sold our agency. You get your bang for your buck with cloud campaign
Since the agency I work for has started using Cloud Campaign we've really been able to up our game on what we can offer our clients!
The onboarding process can be a little tricky if you don't do it often. Support always helps me thru issues though!

With CloudCampaign my team and I have been able to create a sophisticated and streamlined workflow for content creation and management. This helps us deliver better, more strategic marketing to our clients. It also makes us more efficient which ultimately makes us more profitable.
I used lots of different social media and marketing automation tools before moving to Cloud Campaign a couple of years ago and it was the best decision I could have made. It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere. Best of all , their support team is super to work with.
There are a few things still under development but I know they're working on them. Just a few buggy kinks.

I have enjoyed using it and have regularly said that as the CC team continues tweaking and improving on it, that it could be better than all of the other social media management software. It's very in-depth and offers a lot that I can in turn give to my clients to show them how well their content is performing or if we need to take a different route content wise.
I that all my past posts are readily availible to me to view. I like categorizing them so I can access certain kinds of posts if need be. I like being able to add hashtag groups and spare my self the time to type hashtags out all the time. I like the option of seeing my posts on the calendar color coded by platform as I am very visual. I like the analytics which seem more in-depth rgarding the best time for me to post.
There could be more tutorials because it was a little confusing at first and chatting with a customer service rep would sometimes take a while because they would be busy and not readily availible. I noted that if you delete something from the calendar, it would delete the content and then you would have to reload everything. That was my main complaint. I also sometimes have to repair accounts bc they become randomly unliked. I don't love how the recommendations will bring up very old and outdated articles.

Cloud Campaign has helped us save a lot of time while during the scheduling process. They are always willing to help and if there is a challenge, they will not stop until they find a solution to it. I personally had used other social media management programs in the past and by far I recommend Cloud Campaign to any company or anyone who wants to make a difference for their clients or for their own business.
The product is easy to use and even though there is a learning curve it is not that bad thank you to their customer support assistance. Love the fact that you can handle multiple social media channels for each client and that we can categorize the content by tags. Plus, they are always looking for feedback on how to continue developing their program to help us make our work more efficient while helping our clients look like rockstars.
The social listening portion is only for Twitter (X). No ability yet to edit content that is already on the platform.

Great product and great onboarding support available whenever I needed it. Overall, both the experience and product have both exceeded my expectations.
The user interface is clean and simple. It offers me a very robust publishing platform, with automated que publishing, calendar publishing, hashtag libraries and brand specific content libraries, and more of the must haves than any of the others I have tried. It is a great value for the money and it makes publishing and analyzing for our small agency easy. The white label solution is also very nice to have, and gives me a more professional image to present to my clients.
The software is still relatively new, and there are some features and platforms that are not yet supported. The good news is that the roadmap for the upcoming couple months ( it's November 2018 at the time of writing) and it was indicated that some of these platforms are coming very soon. It is also worth noting that every new feature they have added in the month since I first started has worked well and seems to be well tested before it was released.

Its smooth. easy to use and collab/team ability is a must for my team and it's great!
It took me and my team a while to understand the loose strings. When a post is not approved by posting time it goes away from the calendar I don't like that. our logo won't come through the platform. no photo size editor, would love to see small photo editor for color, sizes etc within uploading

It makes my job 10x easier to seperate the accounts into client folders, that then track analytics, posting, etc. as a whole for each brand. I also love the whitelabeling feature. It creates a very highend look for our clients.
I wish there was a way to turn off email notifications for certain accounts vs only having the options to turn them all off or keep all of them on.

Overall, this has been a great tool that has allowed me to create and publish multiple posts across several platforms all at once, and for the most part it's pretty seamless. The only hang-up is the limited media options for different platforms.
I love how easy the tool is to use and how affordable it is compared to other large-name tools.
There are some limitations with the media vs. the platform selection. For example, it's super easy to select/create multiple copy samples within one post schedule. However, it's not the same for Media. You can't select multiple images and use for the specific platform all in one post. You'd have to create a 2nd post separate for that media.
