I am able to meet all my clients' needs from this platform. I can provide beautiful analytics, share content, and brand watch.
Being able to share content for approval with non-user clients is life-changing!
The only issues with Cloud Campaign are issues with the social platforms, i.e., the profiles disconnect, and you can only share one photo on an IG post, so you need to post on Instagram outside of the Cloud Campaign platform.

Great. I a IT Illerate and can use it.
easy to use. easy to check post, test posts for success.
If we change the text of a post that is in, say, Facebook, it doesn't populate through to LinkedIn and Instagram. Why not?

Overall, great option for those who are on the move and don't have the time to post daily to their social media accounts.
It was so easy to learn how to use it. The online class they have is fantastic! I love how well it integrates into all of my social media accounts (not personal FB pages due to the changes in the apis). Loading content was a breeze and there is an AI caption generator if you don't know what to say exactly but have an idea.
This is my first scheduler to use so I don't know exactly how well it works versus other platforms, but I really can't think of what I don't like about the software!

Managing multiple client social media postings is tricky and can be messy. The Cloud Campaign platform has really helped me grow quickly in this area.
The ability to get approvals on content from clients before posting and comments so changes can be made is critical for an agency like mine. Really helps with using outside contractors and keeping this in neat buckets.
Admin access needs to be controlled by each brand, not the whole account

It has been pleasant to use. We have had some issues but overall very pleased with CloudCampaign.
We enjoy the process of client approvals along with white labeling so that it all appears to be from Ghost Marketing
The categories & labels do not work for our client's needs. We do not recycle or reuse content so the redundancy of that feature is not applicable to Ghost Marketing.

Cloud Campaign has made marketing, creating posts, and monitoring them so much easier. It makes communication between all my coworkers simple.
I really love how cloud campaign is set up like a calendar and it is very easy to see if your client has approved or disapproved of the posts you created. It is very user friendly from both ends, from us as a marketing firm operating it, to the client logging in to approve and review posts. It is very convenient to communicate between co workers and clients at the same time.
whenever we get emails that a client commented on a post, it does not say what day the post is set, and if you click on it, it just takes you to a general place. I often find myself clicking on all of the posts trying to find the comment. Other than that I really don't have any issues, I love cloud campaign.

Saved me a ton of time from having to post every day to my social media. Now I just create a Cue and voila I am good for a week/month/etc.
Ease of use and customer support . This program is fluid and just makes sense. I am in sales and have no engineering background - CC's UX is easy to manage and always works. Plus if there is ever an issue their customer support always get back to me ASAP.

Pretty good. I would like to learn about what other functions are available and how it can help our company.
I like that I can post on multiple Social Media pages at the same time.
Sometimes our Facebook logs out for some reason and doesn't post. I didn't realize it at first so I fhad to go back and re login.

I LOVE the analytical tools - they provide great insights into when the best time to post is, what content is engaging our audience and what hashtags we should incorporate.

Posting videos is sometimes a challenge. Also, I don't like that it frequently disconnects our accounts.

I am very grateful for Cloud Campaign - now all of our content is house in one place and doesn't get lost. Plus, the social media plan review process is a lot easier now on our clients!
I love how easy it is to stay organized using tags and scheduling content - it has been so helpful for my team of many people to stay on top of our social media plan creation tasks. Plus, their support is so helpful and quick to respond! Kudos!
The only con is the big learning curve a the beginning use of the software. There are a lot of nuances that 3rd party scheduling softwares have and I wish they were all laid out nicely in a digital handbook or popped up as reminders when scheduling posts based on platform.

I feel the hugest weight off my shoulders having CC. I dedicate time to working on posts on social media through Cloud Campaign 2 times a week and then forget about it. Once in awhile I check social media and I'm surprised that I posted something! Well, CC posted for me! HOORAY! One less thing for me to do!
Cloud Campaign allows me to get all the social media ideas out of my head and into theirs...I can save fully prepared posts or little ideas that I need to come back to. Either way, it's something I can prep and then leave it alone. Life changing for my little business!
Some of the locations of buttons/process of things isn't intuitive to me. Once I learned how to do it but I think a few things could be easier.

10/10 software. I was super worried about going with a cheaper option at first because I thought it wasn’t going to be as advertised. Not only does it work as advertised, they exceeded my expectations.
It’s incredibly easy to use. It took less than an hour to start using it.
They are still working on making it look pretty. And it would be awesome if there was an app for it. But that’s ok. I’m sure they are working on it.

I love how easy it is to make social media posts with cloud campaign. I am able to schedule posts, or post instantly to multiple platforms.
I'm not sure if you can edit your post once it is out.

Great customer support. They go out of their way to help you - even if they do offer the exact thing we needed, they made work arounds and made a plan. So grateful we decided to go with cloud campaign. We have saved time, time and more time - and this saving is well worth the monthly cost of the software!
Cloud campaign has saved me so much time! I have been able to take on more clients/workload for the same amount of hours worked per week - it is well worth it!
Some minor issues with FB/IG from time to time. But that is fair and to be expected with third party integrations. I love cloud campaign!

Through Cloud Campaign, our team has solved the issue of too much time and effort spent in making multiple posts to multiple accounts, not being able to schedule posts ahead of time, and having a hard time acquiring a full report of organized post analytics.
My favorite feature in Cloud Campaign is being able to schedule posts on multiple platforms at any time. This saves me a lot of time and effort and has increased my productivity and organization overall.
So far the only feature I would like to see is the ability to tag profiles on different platforms, specific to each platform (in one post).
