What is Octopus24?
Octopus24 is a web-based vacation rental and hotel management solution which integrates with a range of booking channels. The software provides users with tools for managing channels, pricing, availability, bookings, invoicing, property websites, accounting, promotions, marketing campaigns, and more.
With Octopus24, users can connect to a range of sales channels to distribute their properties and receive bookings, including Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, trivago, Agoda, Bestday, Despegar, and more. Availability, rates, and bookings across all channels can be managed centrally through a single interface, and changes are synced to all channels automatically. Users can also create a website for their hotel or vacation rental property, and accept bookings directly through the site or their Facebook page.
Octopus24 allows users to generate electronic invoices to be sent to guests, and manage all expenses and income with the built-in accounting tools. Promotions and special offers can be displayed to guests through the property website, and marketing campaigns can be run through Facebook and Google to increase bookings. Octopus24 also provides users with data and reports in real time.
