What users mention about Flipsnack See all reviews I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. Definitely was a great decision to go with flipsnack and i would recommend anyone to do the same. It would be great if it had the ability to create subscriptions, with automatic sharing via email. While ours is free, we use it as a tool to share our internal initiatives.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Create stunning experiential content, no coding required.
What users mention about Ceros See all reviews We've had a lot of fun working with the platform and have a great customer success manager who always finds us great examples to work from and answers any and all questions. You might as well just stick with Canva because you are going to get frustrated and hate everything you create. The worst things about Ceros are that the experiences crash when left untouched for several months, there are a ton of bugs, and sometimes the pixels are off.

The marketing content management platform for sales
What users mention about Paperflite See all reviews The UI is super smooth and a delight to navigate but the prospects view is easily my favourite. The benefits are multifold - the most important is knowing how stakeholders engage with the content, depending on which appropriate actions can be taken. The email sent to users for users and password is through paperflite and not the customer who owns the content hub, and the risk is that it can go to spam on the users side.
File storage, management & sharing solution.
What users mention about Bynder See all reviews Easy to manage and tag assets; version control of all assets; easy to share assets out with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects using collections. What I love most about Bynder is just user friendly the interface is. Everything is in the right place, which makes it super simple to figure out on your own, with little to no guidance. Great software with loads of possibilities, customisable options and an excellent customer support service. Definitely a recommendation for companies that depend on high quality images.

What users mention about Salsify See all reviews Insights is helpful, and the customer service team is fairly responsive. Once they do get back to you, they usually have the answer you are looking for which is great. We were having a horrible time trying to keep up with content demand from dozens of retailers all with different systems. We are currently using this for our Product content Management and the features are just great. Sales figures are improving on a monthly basis.

This is good if any organization needs basic DMS or DAM features.

What users mention about DocuWare See all reviews Lack of documentation and information on the web to troubleshoot problems on your own. The company does not seem invested in its clients' education of how to use the product. The DocuWare setup team really works with you and helps you customize the software for your needs. It's electronic identification of scanned documents and intelligent filing is top notch. Overall experience has been good, its saves our files which is what we need. I would give the software a 10 if it had a few more tools/options to modify and save the files.

Digital experience and content management platform
Secure enterprise file sharing made easy.
What users mention about Onehub See all reviews This solution has been a big joy to work with. We know our data is protected and new users take very little time to pick up the software. If you need a secure, easy to use, place to manage files with resources outside of your company, this is a great option. There was an instance where processing of documents was delayed by several hours. It really wasn't a big deal, but it is honestly the worst I've experienced with the service.

What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.

What users mention about Widen Collective See all reviews Assets are served up quickly around the world and it is a very stable platform. When technical issues do arise, they are very communicative about their progress of solving the issue. Widen is a very useful asset to our team. It has room for improvement, but overall it helps us accomplish our tasks and has rarely failed. I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Knowledge sharing & insights platform
What users mention about Bloomfire See all reviews The first thing you see when logging is most recent or popular assets and it doesn't allow you to quickly to go what you're looking for unless you type in search the name of the asset. Another positive thing is that it very easy to embed pages, links, pictures and multimedia. I can quickly compose articles that look nice and are useful. Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

How to improve internal communication and make employees happy. From the first discussions and workshops on it is a very good and open relationship with Staffbase.
Self-service support & customer education platform
What users mention about elevio See all reviews I love how Elevio lets you source your help documentation from all the help desk solutions available, so you don't need to re-write everything. The only problem I've had with it is not being able to customize some features but that's on me. I'm a total noob. For what it sets out to do, elevio does it fairly well. However, as our business needs get more complex we're worried that the functionality of elevio will not be sufficient to keep up. What users mention about Unily See all reviews The Adecco Group is now leveraging of an amazing and powerful communication and collaborative tool in addition to a skilled and committed team. Super responsive and helpful. I do like that it updates all the time, although this does mean it's more prone to bugs (obviously). Overall, very good intranet in a box solution that sits on top of O365.

What users mention about Shelf See all reviews It was a wonderful experience implementing Shelf. The project won the Partnership and Collaboration Award 2018 with Ontario's Economic Development Council. What users mention about Wix See all reviews I have been able to create & customize my own website which has been great for my business. Being able to easily change the format during seasons without needing tech support has been wonderful. It made the process incredibly easy, fast, and fun. I now have a professional website with advanced features and I am proud to refer everyone to it. Here's why: There is little to like about the software. But in terms of what I did like, Wix does provide you with the ability to create web sites, and there are some nice features.

A GREAT PLATFORM : eXo provides powerful collaboration tools that delivers a great user experience. Easy to start and navigate.
Collaboration & content management platform
What users mention about SharePoint See all reviews Worst thing I see and it is more of a user problem than software problem, is that people can name files whatever they want and it can get dificult to find files. This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.
Google-based digital signage CMS for enterprise deployment
What users mention about Skykit See all reviews The SkyKit Support team is amazing. They have been beyond helpful and patient with me. I have really appreciated all their help. Without the tutorial I would be LOST. I found myself accidentally deleting a playlist, thinking I was just deleting content off the playlist. I love these sky kit TVs. For teams to manage their content review process
What users mention about Filestage See all reviews Even my not so tech savvy clients are able to review videos and add comments with ease. And the ability to mark off and highlight specific areas of concern is very helpful. Client confusion: Some clients who aren't as tech-savvy struggle. But it's not Filestage's problem honestly. What users mention about Tailor Brands See all reviews I was able to make a logo that fits my business perfectly. I am more than satisfied with the quality and choices available. Poor but the worse is that there is no customer service and will be not possible to cancel the subscription in their website. From the quick turn around of a great looking logo , to fast assistance when I need help. It has been an awesome branding tool.
Cloud-based graphic design, photo editing and animation tool
What users mention about Crello See all reviews The best part is the video maker, omg videos are amazing, from Facebook cover videos through any social media post and story videos, they really help me to stand out from the competition. Videos are especially important to me since I am a dance teacher and a school owner and it’s important to showcase our classes and performances in a fun and easy way, or in a form of a teaser. This is the most simple and easy way to make them. I have tried tools like pixteller, stencil but this is the most powerful and by far the best tool to create graphics.

Graphic design platform for creating engaging content
Workflow management software for copywriters & designers
Graphic designing and image editing tool
What users mention about QuarkXPress See all reviews I would love to always work in it, but not every printer or client wants their project designed in Quark. Still, it is an amazing software for a graphic designer who loves perfect type on a page. Quark is a great way to put together newspaper pages. It's easy to design award-winning, sharp pages, and I have won multiple industry awards using Quark. Updates are a bit expensive for the frequency which they offer them. I miss the little alien, they could bring that back, a little bit of stress relief I miss.
Collaborative platform for UI designing and prototyping
What users mention about Figma See all reviews In my company we used Invision, Marvel, Balsamiq, Sketch and other software but Figma is, at the moment, the best design tool thanks to many facilities for shared mockups. Just so this block isn't left empty, being almost completely cloud-based meaning all files are stored in the cloud except saved locally it could be a hindrance when having poor or no internet. With Figma, we have a powerful tool that puts collaboration at its heart and makes it really quick to find designs we love and get them live. It's changed the way we work in a really amazing way.
Open-source and on-premise image manipulation software
What users mention about GIMP See all reviews I love that it's not only free, but actually decent piece of software. It's a great replacement if you don't want to keep paying Adobe's subscription price. So far no real complaints. Occasionally I have issues selecting objects correctly but it’s more of user error. It's a very capable replacement. We also appreciate that it's free and open source, with a good community there to help with the inevitable issues you'll face during the learning curve.
Graphic design and video editing software
What users mention about Adobe Creative Cloud See all reviews Hard to learn, and their support team is very bad. It takes hours for them to get to a problem, days to solve the problem, and they end up never solving my issues sometimes. Adobe creative cloud is best for any business and company and i have used it in my home as i have a lot of data to handle as i a m a you tuber so I highly recommend this. A few keyboard commands have changed. This is a struggle for me since my old habits die hard.

What users mention about Canva See all reviews The only thing that would make it better would be if it integrated with Later. I love that I can create an entire series of Instagram stories, save it, download and post/schedule it as needed. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. I manage the social media for a non-profit and this is the best product to effectively get my job done while still on a budget. I really never had any problems with Canva ever. It used to annoy me that there was no mobile version, however they made one and I couldn't be happier.
Cloud-based digital asset & content management platform
File syncing, storage & sharing platform
What users mention about Dropbox Business See all reviews Extremely poor customer support, lack of empathy and flexibility. Refusal to settle disputes equitably. Been a great tool for my band to use and allows us to all stay on task and connected and moving forward been an amazing experience and easy to use. Dropbox is a very good tool to have and there are other products available at a much affordable price. I think it can be improved further and made more affordable in data storage packages.
We make it easier, You make it alive! Marketing Digital SaaS
What users mention about Wedia See all reviews The product may be too powerful as our needs are not that sophisticated so far (it may change in the next year). But there is one very important point: the customer service is excellent. Wedia is a great software to manage all media in one platform and additional functionalities make a great difference. The ability to easy customize and manage the tool. The relational and technical qualities of people working on our project.
Cloud-based content marketing platform
What users mention about Kajabi See all reviews Great user interface and ease of use. The team behind the product is enthusiastic and their customer-onboarding and retention is excellent. They have the "onboarding a new customer" process down. From the training to the welcome video from the founder, they do make you feel like you have made a good choice right from the start. From a 'n00b user' perspective, I liked the ease of setup & interface. For implementing e-learning courses, it's great.

What users mention about pocket See all reviews Even saved articles come with other recommended reads, great for days when I want to go down a rabbit hole and really study a subject. I had to 'read' it again and mark as done to get it out of my reading list. Other than that, no other hiccups or complaints. The browser extension makes it easier to simply right click and save it to pocket. The ease of use would be the best thing about Pocket.
