Alternate messages are sent in place of default auto-responders to prevent duplicate coupon use. Users can schedule daily, weekly, and monthly messages, as well as set up Text 2 WIn or Text 2 Vote campaigns to improve the number of opt-ins.
TXT180 platform features include message templates useful for appointment reminders, and mobile send capabilities for users who prefer to send a text blast from their phone.
