I was so confused, and he was SO PATIENT. I love being connected to great customer service and overall great people.
Third, I get lots of complaints from customers about the transaction errors which make it hard to give.
The Fund Accounting is most helpful for the churches I help. The monthly reports are great to send to my clients so they can see where their money goes and how much they take in.
The Check In system, for us, was not working too well. Research was done and the application was tweaked to service us.
Better than most I've seen and I think it is in most part due to the ability to talk through the needs with Aplos support and get the help on what functionality meets those needs.
I am unhappy that I cannot find a Vendor to do a new A/P Entry. Instead have to scroll thru pages to find the one I'm looking for, a simple search would suffice.
The ease of use is best and the access to help in a timely matter.
The church faced many challenges during Covid, including a restriction on the number of members who were allowed to attend in person.
I really like the Reconciliation process...it is simple to understand and works perfectly. I value the support that Aplos provides.

The tech support has been good. I like all the help articles that will lead you to a possible solution.
I am disappointed that I cannot set up a communication plan for members and guests. The search building feature seems a bit awkward.
Our church has used TouchPoint for over 5 years now and they continually strive to make it better and better. Their customer support is very quick and easy and that is something I'm most thankful for.
What frustrates me: No full-blown financial management module (General ledger, check printing, accounts payable, etc. which forces us to use very outdated Shelby financials.
It has helped us improve our check-in system. For me, there is a learning curve for how to process certain things but the staff has been very helpful and once I get it the first time, I am good to go.
It can sometimes be a bit challenging to find the items you are looking for. The navigation structure can be a bit confusing.
We've used Touchpoint in its various earlier stages for years and loved it. The biggest factor for us is accessible, helpful customer service that genuinely seems to care about the client.
Emails sent through Touchpoint often go into Spam folders.
The feature of grouping to help with mass e-mails. Ability to keep track of members and ease of changing/adding/deleting details in individual profiles.
It's been difficult to learn all the ins and outs of the program. It's not self-explanatory and training and classes need to be offered to whoever will be using it.

We chose TouchPoint because of the price, and the relative ease of use for our staff as well as general volunteers we shared access with to keep track of their ministries.
TouchPoint has made it easy to contact church goers with a quick text or email. It has also been great for church members to be able to access the church directory rather than needing a hard copy.
Pretty good but could use more updates and streamlining.

Easy to use, lots of great features, wonderful customer support and a great price. We are able to save a lot of time with the features it offers.
To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.
User interface is very important especially with the range of devices that people use. ChMeetings has a great responsive and easy to understand user interface.
The lack of documentation is a little disconcerting.
I like the flexibility of this software. The developers are VERY responsive and they appear to be obsessed (smile) with adding new feature.
Lack of integration with payment platforms such as PayPal.
I love that ChMeetings offers so much functionality for free. I cannot say enough about how difficult it has been to find an affordable and practical church management solution.
As of this date I only can say that I wished that the app was included in the price and not a addon as well as texting.
It has a friendly interface. It has optimized accessibility and great support.
To be able to have this available for free has been a true blessing.

Charity Tracker has been a great asset to our non profit organization. I have recommended it to other facilities with similar programs.
Some of the features are blurry and look oldschool.
I like the barcode scanner component, it makes it really easy to find clients. I also like the way it integrates with all of the other charities in the community and helps us coordinate.
I am a mobile connoisseur and primary use a phone for most things. It is very annoying scrolling and resizing pages to read each part.
I like the ability to be able to track my events, the mobile access, and the ease of use and functionality.
No- I think we get what we need out of the software.
I really like how affordable to use it and it is very user friendly.
Once in a while the search will start acting up in strange ways. Sometimes the search won't have things pop up even though it should.
Overall, it is a great product for donor database, and can really help the efficiency of the organization.

Our church loves this software when it comes to using for praise and worship. Musicians and singers have so many tools to help them during praise and worship.
The program did “crash” often and some of my files would get lost - not sure if this was a part of a bigger problem with the program but it did happen often.
First, this is a rare gem to have a one-time payment software. It's an investment, but you don't have to commit to monthly or yearly payments, which is very nice.
This software is full of problems, clutches, and inconsistencies that make my job as a tech director nerve wracking at best, and infuriating at its worst.
Being able to search for Bible verses and songs and get them onto the screen quickly is amazing. It's software built specifically for presentations and it's simply wonderful.
The most frustrating think about ProPresenter is that it can be unreliable.
We have had a great experience and love the way we can craft both our worship song slides as well as the sermon slides and anything else we want to do.
They will randomly disappear form the toolbar. There are some days when my playback screen is missing and it takes forever to find again.
Since there are so many users there is a good community out there for both inspiration and advice.
I remember using other software at one of my first church media team experiences and ProPresenter owns the market for churches for a good reason they are the best.

I like the way it centers the selected slide in your view. I like how "Screens" is setup and find it much more intuitive and workable than PP6.
I love how ProPresenter leads the way in presentation software for houses of worship. It integrates with Planning Center and SongSelect, and volunteers can be trained without much difficulty.
We have used this software for the last 10+ years, and we have found it to be worth every penny.
One suggestion I made to Renewed Vision (the makers of ProPresenter) was integrated into a feature of an eventual update. Tech support has gotten way better as the years have gone by.

First, this is a rare gem to have a one-time payment software. It's an investment, but you don't have to commit to monthly or yearly payments, which is very nice.
This software is full of problems, clutches, and inconsistencies that make my job as a tech director nerve wracking at best, and infuriating at its worst.
Being able to search for Bible verses and songs and get them onto the screen quickly is amazing. It's software built specifically for presentations and it's simply wonderful.
The most frustrating think about ProPresenter is that it can be unreliable.
We have had a great experience and love the way we can craft both our worship song slides as well as the sermon slides and anything else we want to do.
They will randomly disappear form the toolbar. There are some days when my playback screen is missing and it takes forever to find again.
Since there are so many users there is a good community out there for both inspiration and advice.
I remember using other software at one of my first church media team experiences and ProPresenter owns the market for churches for a good reason they are the best.
Great presentation software with great updates and functionality.
I love that ProPresenter was easy to learn and it is easy to use as well.
I love the ease of use for our volunteers, and the integration of Song Select and Planning Center. Ve found no competitor that compete with ProPresenter as a whole.
The ease of use AFTER setup is my favorite part of the software.
I like the way it centers the selected slide in your view. I like how "Screens" is setup and find it much more intuitive and workable than PP6.
I love how ProPresenter leads the way in presentation software for houses of worship. It integrates with Planning Center and SongSelect, and volunteers can be trained without much difficulty.
We have used this software for the last 10+ years, and we have found it to be worth every penny.
One suggestion I made to Renewed Vision (the makers of ProPresenter) was integrated into a feature of an eventual update. Tech support has gotten way better as the years have gone by.

The ease of it functionality and available help when questions needed to be answered simply support service is excellent plus there is so much more services available across the board for our church.
My only other complaint is the lack of customization on the main, first page.
It's ease of running reports and I am super excited about its integration with eventbrite.
One of the continual problems I experience while using the contribution manager has not been resolved. So each time I use it, I have the same problem.
Having the ability to equip others to utilize the SK tools definitely supports stronger relationships which in turn supports less money for staffing due to the time saved through equipping others.
There arent a ton of feature that can be done with this software. Reporting is limited, and there's no workflows, automated reporting, member portal, attendance module, etc.
Easy to use, good technical help, price is great, easy to learn. Not too long of a wait time to get help.
I have not used all the features so it is hard to say.
I caught on quickly the basics and have always received excellent help with the support number we call. I loved the newsletter you began sending.
Customer support is exceptional. Whenever I call needing help the staff is very kind, professional, and helpful.
I am forever grateful that she did. SK is very user-friendly and has many useful and customizable features for every size church.
Like they upgraded for me. The integration between the different modules is seamless and they work very well together.
