Ascora by ASC Software is a trades job management solution, offering cloud hosted SaaS-based deployment with mobile app support. Targeting the end-to-end operational needs of service businesses and workforces, typical industries include electrical, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, locksmithery and security. Monthly pricing packages are scalable, giving unlimited office users access to varying feature sets across key areas such as quoting and estimating, inventory and job management, CRM, invoicing, equipment / asset and GPS-based staff tracking, reporting, accounts integration and more. Connectivity with MYOB Live, Xero and QuickBooks promises seamless interfacing with existing systems and the elimination of double entry of invoicing information. Drag and drop, calendar-based scheduling assigns jobs to mobile techs and field workers, with full past, present and future job schedules available to view along with all office-entered details, documents or manuals etc. Customer management and CRM capabilities maintain extensive historical client / service records, while securely collating generated estimates, quotes and invoices. Inventory management allows parts to be allocated from current or custom price lists, with equipment and assets also tracked alongside servicing, maintenance logs.

Other noteworthy Ascora features go on to include job time check in and check out, with timesheet recording of work time incurred, plus a notifications system issuing push, SMS or email updates on real time job updates. Mobile device support is provided by the companion Ascora mobile app for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, enabling field trades staff remote access to relevant features. Additional tasks can be recorded here, along with on the fly raising of estimate, quotes and invoices, while also collecting customer signatures and payments. Centralized document storage gives tradesmen access to manuals or guides required to fulfill jobs, with Google Maps integration offering the pinpoint location of customer sites and photo attachments providing visual evidence of work status. Being cloud-based, the online Ascora admin portal is available to authorized managers, dispatch or bookkeepers from any web-enabled device, while an integrated customer portal invites customers to enter new job requests via the web.

We get to streamline our days. Spending less time taking calls and answering emails. We have a greater opportunity to expand and managing new employees will be a simple task that is now out of my hands. It is only just the early days for us and Ascora but I can see a very long and prosperous relationship. I like how simple to use it is. I think Ascora is really affordable and as our customer base grows, the packages are tailored to suit. The customer support is amazing. If they can't get to your call, all I do is shoot them an email and they get back to me within 1 or 2 hours. They are very helpful when setting up your Client Portal and very supportive to guide you with integrations. I have some background in computers and software but it has been somewhat difficult to find something that my not-so "tech savy" wife can operate. Ascora offers streamlined flow from quotes to jobs to invoices. All at the touch of a screen, whilst standing on site. It knows where you are, where you are going and how long you should take to get there. Your clients can see what work has been completed by looking at their client portal where you can leave photo'sand notes of what else needs to be done. So far, all in all, I give Ascora 9 out of 10 overall. Nothing else I have seen comes close.

Terrible. We only used the software for 6 weeks. We requested a refund of the implementation costs and subscription fees and the company refused, knowing that the effort to take them to court would out way the cost's we would get back. Switching job management programs twice in 2 months has been a real challenge, but im confident we made the right decision. Progress Claims and quote variation's are great Staff response to enquires is reasonably good

Everything is accessible on 1 app, no need for other add ons. Integrates seamlessly with our Xero. Automation of follow ups and updates is extremely useful, through both sms text and email. Custom forms and checklists for each job will save us a lot of amountI like how you can almost completely automate the whole service delivery, from capturing and recording data out in the field, to having templates for quotes, jobs, invoices, and everything in between. It has auto follow up texts and emails. Check lists and forms for each job, means that we can do everything from one app. Its great

Ascora provides a cloud-based, end-to-end job management solution for trades and service businesses across multiple industries, offering key features such as historical customer records, job detailing, part inventory logging, asset tracking, quoting and estimating, plus the ability to electronically capture signatures or payments.

A drag and drop calendar-based scheduling tool allows unassigned jobs to be allocated to workforce teams or individuals, with field staff able to view a full list of jobs scheduled for the current day, tomorrow or weeks ahead / prior.

The online centralized Ascora admin portal is available from any location for all authorized administrative stakeholders, while a public-facing portal also enables customers to log in to enter new jobs and make service requests.

Third party integration with QuickBooks, Xero and myob seamlessly sends invoices and data to existing accounting packages to make double entry redundant.

The companion Ascora app for iOS and Android allows remote workers and techs to provide customers with quotes, estimates and job invoices while in the field, while also handling tasks such as supplies management from their smartphone or tablet devices.
