Utilizing Easy InnKeeping’s monthly availability calendar complete with color themes, users can select multiple rooms, block rooms for specific dates, and update room statuses. Easy InnKeeping updates availability options automatically on all booking platforms, removing the need for users to manually update room availability.

With Easy InnKeeping’s integrated CMS and website editing tools, users can create mobile-friendly booking pages and websites to promote their property, manage group bookings, and sell tours and amenities. Easy InnKeeping also facilitates hourly bookings for conference rooms and spa services. Since Easy InnKeeping’s websites and booking pages are optimized for tablets and smartphones, users have the flexibility to capture and manage reservations on the move.

Easy InnKeeping provides users with the tools to analyze and secure their data. With user access controls and a custom report wizard, Easy InnKeeping enables the management of user access levels, and gives users the ability to gain actionable insight into business performance. Users can also manage guest relationships with personalized and automated emails. By supporting integration with Expedia, Booking.com and Paypal, Easy InnKeeping allows users to manage marketing activity and payment processing.
