Furious donne de la visibilité sur tous les sujets et à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise afin d'anticiper les problèmes d'activités, de production et fluidifie la relation aux équipes.

Pros

La transversalité de l'approche : du lead jusqu'à la facturation en passant par les RH, le planning, la gestion de projet.

Cons

Qui dit transversalité dit beaucoup de fonctionnalités et donc parfois certaines d'entres elles sont moins optimisées que des logiciels dédiés comme par exemple la brique de gestion RH ou CRM. Mais elles restent tout à fait adaptées à une utilisation normale.

Pros

Logique d'automatisation poussée, synonyme de gain de temps. Evolution constante de la plate-forme Grande écoute des clients Grande réactivité du sce client

Cons

Complexité de mise en oeuvre, choix de structuration en amont importants Mais surtout, interaction avec les systèmes de comptabilité et de finance encore améliorable.
