There is a few basic things missing, like the possibility to write notes on a partially received PO, or if you make a mistake. In fact you can't write notes anywhere which is quite annoying.

I have honestly not needed a call because the chat actually is clearer, quicker, and more efficient. I bet their call help is just as good.

They have all been polite, helpful, and very polite (they don't make ya feel dumb for asking) as well as super quick to respond.

I like the cost averaging feature, first in/first out for products and being able to add freight costs to  purchase orders. I also like all the notes you can add in.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they deserve the sky. We will 100% be purchasing a subscription and will not consider it to be wasted money at all.

We had two locations that were very hard to manage, one was an open air market where sales went very quickly and this software solved our problems instantly.

Currently, I try to login to their website on my phone but it isn't even mobile friendly which can be quite frustrating at times.

I was sold on the Demo that was provided, but after getting into the weeds of the product I learned more about what our company needed and was shocked at how many limitations there are. We are now in the process of finding a more robust system.

Using the Clover POS is a nightmare for inventory control. It constantly loses information after it's been entered in. Thrive completely changed that for us! Now all of our inventory is bang on. It's easy to check activity on any sku and figure out where discrepancies may have happened.

Overall, Shopventory has helped us combine and keep track of our online & in-store inventory by integrating with our new point of sale system. There was a bit of a learning curve, but the program is relatively user-friendly and support is available for questions that arise. There are many available features for a fair price, and the program does most of what we need it to do.

It's wonderful you're finding the time it takes for Shopventory to sync with Shopify to be quick. That's the goal! 

We definitely appreciate your feedback about our purchase order system. Editing a purchase order after you've saved it to record is not something we recommend but we can see how it would be helpful! Have you tried using the "Auto Create" feature? 

Hopefully we've been able to save you some time with the barcode scanning count feature! It's a big benefit for a lot of our merchants.

We were using Square as our in-store POS and WooCommerce as our e-commerce platform, and this is hands-down the best solution for inventory management in this use case. There are some quirks with Shopventory's bulk edit system that made certain tasks difficult (such as bulk changing categories) and there are inherent weaknesses in trying to use Square and WooCommerce together but this made a world of difference when we switched to it from a competitor—especially since Shopventory support and documentation are super helpful and competent. 

Best solution for syncing Square and WooCommerce inventories

We love hearing you enjoy our detailed stock history. That's our bread and butter! 

We've made a TON of updates to our bulk update tool. Speed was made a top priority! We're sure you've seen these already but if not please check them out! 

Super solid experience, while there has been some learning and need to reach out to support from time to time the user experience, the functionality, accuracy and ability to track modify and cycle count inventory is top tier.  I've used Square Retail, QuickBooks POS, LightSpeed and a few other smaller programs that boast inventory management.  They all pale in comparison... and if you want Brick and Mortar (I'm using Square and WooCommerce)  Shopventory can manage it all whether I want stand alone inventory or pooled inventory it has me covered!  Love it!

A very robust and powerful inventory software

We keep adding new features to our software and understand that it can take a little time to start to utilize all of the different reports and features that we offer within our software. We also appreciate the ease of the chat function when we need help and assistance with any problems. the knowledgeable staff has helped on multiple occasions - not only during the on boarding process. Just the thought of knowing that we don't have to manually track our inventory manually anymore is a relief! We had been doing that for a few years, then as our inventory increased it got more difficult. Knowing that Shopventory is working behind the scenes has been a load off of my mind and our Finance department as well!

I've been using Shopventory for over 3 years now and it has been great. It was a brand new app when we started using them and they have just been adding new functions and making everything work! The multi location reporting and inventory management is super easy to use and it just works every time. Their customer support is always a great help. They are hard at work improving this day by day and I can't wait for what news in store! Great for multi-store operations and an all-in-one program for most if not all needs!

Great for Small Businesses with Multiple Locations

It makes us happy to hear that you love our Audit Log tool and Purchase Order/Transfer system. We just launched a big update to the Audit Log and made Purchase Orders automatic! 

The customer service is top notch! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped me get setup and walked me through the entire process. I had approximately 1,000 - 2,000 skus. I had to do major clean up on my data before loading (which was my own fault, I had different skus for quite a few of the same products in my two different systems *facepalm*). I also received

Jared W.:                                              My name is Jared. I'm a systems administrator, and we give Stopventory a five out of five stars. For more reviews like this one, click the link below. So one of the things that we were lacking in our inventory management was the ability to control cost of goods sold. With that being said, we started looking into other systems that would integrate with Square, our POS, to help us with these issues. There's two main reasons why we chose Stopventory. One was the ability to add cost of goods to the products that we had to maintain an accurate value of our inventory. The second was the ability to link our Square system with multiple locations to maintain inventory control over all our multiple locations at once and to be able to do internal transfers.
                                                       When we first started with Stopventory, we had a lot of stuff in Square. We didn't want to have to reenter all that information to Stopventory So we worked with the Stopventory team who was great with their customer support and helped us migrate all of those entries from Square into Stopventory and link the two systems together. My biggest recommendation to those that are looking for inventory management software, if you choose Stopventory, definitely lean on their customer support. They know what they're doing and they're able to take care of you and save you a lot more time than you would have if you tried to implement it yourself.
