What is Vizito?

Vizito is a customizable visitor registration tool for businesses to register, track, and manage visitors using a front-end, self service tablet kiosk and back-end management tool for receptionists. With features including self sign in for visitors, email and SMS notifications, pre-registration, wireless badge creation, visitor logging, electronic signature capture, kiosk customization, video playback, photo capture, and more, Vizito aims to aid businesses in tracking visitors, provide a simplified visitor experience, and collect actionable insight into customer activity.

In order to create an enhanced customer experience, Vizito allows businesses to create a fully customized splash screen to display to visitors on a tablet as they arrive and sign in. The kiosk can be customized with company branding and unique forms and fields, and video playback can also be activated for promotional purposes. Visitors can self sign-in at the branded kiosk with custom questions and fields to fill based on company needs, and automatic notifications can be triggered to the required personnel when a visitor signs in.

From the Vizito backend, receptionists and other employees can view real-time and historical data on visitor activity, and reports can be generated to summarize information such as how many visitors are currently signed in, visitor count by day, visitor count by month, and more. A customizable activity dashboard allows users to configure the Vizito platform to show the most important metrics at a glance, and receptionists can sign visitors in from the backend when customers forget to do so or encounter issues with the kiosk.

  • Enable digital signature capture so that visitor signatures can be collected when signing in from the tablet kiosk, eliminating the need for paperwork or facilitating an employee-less reception.

  • Users can set up registered visitors which show on the tablet kiosk on a specified visit date (or at all times for frequent visitors) for quick sign in, and invitations or reminders can be sent to pre-registered visitors via email.

  • Add an extra level of security to customer data thanks to Vizito’s data encryption and SSL technology. Information is stored privately and employee privacy is maintained within the search functionality.

  • Integrate with LDAP and directory services such as Active Directory and maintain support within the company's own network.

  • Create and print wireless visitor badges when signing in thanks to partnership with Zebra ZXP Series. Badges are created from templates by copy and pasting code in the Vizito back office.
