In order to help users manage their warehouse operations, ZhenHub offers a network of global warehouses for users to browse and connect with for carrying out deliveries. Integration with existing eCommerce sites allows users to automatically import product and order details for shipping fulfillment. Inventory can be managed within ZhenHub, with businesses able to import products, edit their details, and add them to orders with ease. The shipping process can be automated within the ZhenHub platform, allowing orders to be automatically processed and shipped as soon as they are placed on any one of the connected eCommerce platforms. Orders can be tracked in real time during the shipping process, and custom notifications are sent to customers to keep them up-to-date on the status of their order.
