Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Jellyfish overview
What is Jellyfish?
Leveraging data from existing tools and processes, Jellyfish automatically aggregates engineering signals along with contextual business information in order to surface the metrics necessary to maintain a data-driven approach to engineering leadership. Jellyfish is a single system of record that provides a 360 degree view of the engineering organization, measuring allocation and investment, individual and team performance, product quality, and delivery speed and productivity. It provides visibility at every level—from the productivity of a specific team to the progress or impediments of roadmap items.
Jellyfish ingests all the engineering signals that engineers create in various tools—from commits and pull requests in Git to assigned tasks or issues resolved in JIRA. From there, Jellyfish pulls in contextual business data from tools like calendars, product planning tools, and HR software. By layering these different types of signals, Jellyfish assembles a comprehensive picture of what engineering teams are working on and when, all without changing their workflows in any way. It maps the investment of work and resources to different categories (projects, themes, releases, business objectives, market segments, etc.) to understand, for example, how much work is being dedicated to product roadmap and new feature development vs. scaling the infrastructure or fixing bugs reported by customers.
Key benefits of using Jellyfish
