What is Upwave?

Upwave is a visual platform designed to help enterprise teams collaborate on projects, portfolios and daily tasks.

Create the structure that fits your workflow, and visualize your projects with different views, including board, table, timeline and calendar. Simplify your work with pre-made templates, from simple to-do lists to strategic frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas. You can monitor the status and progress of all your projects at a glance from the portfolio overview.

Organize your workspace with teams, and give each team their own collaborative space. You can create teams for different departments, project groups, and external parties. The team calendar lets you see which tasks are being worked on, what’s coming up next, and who’s responsible. Easily and securely involve external collaborators as guests with limited permissions.

Use cards to gather all information related to a task in one place. Assign, create subtasks, track time, comment, upload files and get real-time feedback from your team members.

Upwave integrates with popular third-party tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack and Zapier.
