What is Viewpath?

Viewpath is a cloud-based project management solution which offers tools including Gantt charts, demand planning, task scheduling, progress tracking, and more. Teams can collaborate using discussions, task assignments, and real-time visibility into project status and budgets. Integration with third party tools, including Salesforce, facilitates the management and reporting of projects across platforms, and ensures all data in synchronized in real time.

Viewpath allows teams to schedule projects and tasks using the Gantt chart functionality, and tasks can be assigned to specific team members for completion. Resources can be tracked and the platform provides visibility into capacity planning and resource demand. Managers are given insight into where resources are being allocated, and which team members have capacity for more assignments. Viewpath offers predictive resource allocation, interactive resource charts, cross-project task allocation, and weighted planning in order to aid with resource allocation.

Employees can collaborate on tasks with tools including file sharing, discussion boards, task assignment, and percent-complete tracking. Templates can be created and customized for each new project, depending on the project type, resulting in project standardization and quicker project creation.
