Ease of setup, customer usability and scheduling are a big selling point!
As a small Pilates Studio I was looking for a software package that would enable my clients to access my website and be able to schedule and purchase packages. Fitli fit all of my requirements. I set up a demo and purchased it the following week. I would give 10 stars for the support team. Their response time is amazing. I checked other scheduling software and the price was too high for a small business. The setup to schedule, enter customers, setup packages and memberships was so simple. I can usually find the answers to my questions with the help section. If you are a small or medium studio you need to purchase this software.
Mobile application. It would be nice to be able to customize some of the reports.

I enjoy using Fitli. They are affordable, reliable, helpful and the program is useful for our small yoga studio. I trust them, the program, and recommend it to others without reservation.
Because we are a small yoga studio, we don't need all the bells and whistles that some of the 'main stream' products offer, nor can our budget afford them. Fitli meets our needs and our budget and their customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. They are knowledgable, responsive, helpful and available. I enjoy working with their team. The program is easy to use and reliable....
Like all programs there are some limitations, but the team is responsive to client feedback and is always working on adding features that we've requested. Over time they have made some new features available that have been helpful. If I made a list of everything that it is missing that I would like to have for our studio, it would still be a short list.

The setup conversation I had made setup relatively easy. Customer service is easy to reach and helpful and far as the product will allow them to be. The flexibility for registration and cancellation windows is helpful.
*Would like the opportunity to blast text or email without have to set up a fake class. *Would like admin access from the app or at least the opportunity to view participant names for the class. *Would like the ability to rearrange class schedules without having to cancel and recreate classes. Although I have put that 8 is max capacity in my facility a new class defaults to 10. I have to reset...

Easy to use, transparent and amazing customer service.
Tiny inconveniences like not being able to change certain choices when setting up or the fact that I have to constantly pass by the request to review the instructor (me) every time I enter anything.

Outstanding. So user friendly, personable, kind, cooperative.
I appreciate this software especially when it's time to pay taxes and figure out how much income I earned. It is so easy. There aren't multiple layers of information, it is intuitive, and not far more than what I need.
I don't like all the recent notifications. I don't need to be reminded in advance of classes, or asked if I need help every time I login.

I work with Fitli for over 1.5 years now, and a big fan. Fitli is a very user friendly software for both clients and business owner.
Fitli is a wonderful software solution for a small business like mine. Amazing customer services, very professional and responsive.
There is nothing that I like less about the software, I just think there are some features that need to be added, such as emails to clients, online waivers and other online forms to share with clients, and some more...

My experience with the Fitli team has always been great. I find the software a great help and value for a small studio.
The price is fair and the software is fairly easy to learn and use.
The reports could be better. I would like to have a report that shows what the client paid for and each visit that was applied to the package. Also a report of all the client packages that are about to expire would be helpful.

Fitli is always asking the owner of the software, what they want more of with this software and suggestions and upgrades.
Quick response from customer service, and always really helpful. Easy to use software. Easy to set up
It would be helpful if you could put multiple products in a shopping cart. Right now you can only purchase one package at a time.

It is very easy to use and very clean. The customer serive is the best which really keeps us using fitli
I find it a little annoying if a client had to change time which is often that we have to cancel their sesison and reschedule it instead of just going in and editing the time

I have been using the fitli software to manage class attendance and payments at a small yoga studio for a few months now. I had previously used Mind Body-Online but became so disgusted with their lack of customer support and high fees that I jumped at the chance to use an alternative. Fitli has been easy to set up our weekly class schedule with multiple instructors and types of classes, has acted...
Full solution to create a class schedule for our studio, track customer attendance and accept payments - all of which is extremely easy to set up.
Does not offer a full solution for retail sales. When I click on a clients name, I would like to see their purchase history. Often times we have people that come in a few days after a package has expired and we want to see when exactly they made the initial purchase. There does not seem to be an efficient way to do this.
Hi Robert - Thank you for the great review. At the bottom you asked to be able to set the colors of the classes on the calendar. And... we launched that improvement a few weeks back. Enjoy!

5-star experience across the board.
Fitli is easy to use and understand. It's not clogged with extra features that just make things more confusing and slow like other programs I've used or looked into. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team respond quickly to any issues and go above and beyond to resolve any issues.
I started with Fitli when the company was fairly new, so there were not as many features as other programs. But the Fitli team is regularly updating the program with new features and actually listens to suggestions and implements them to constantly improve the program.

I needed something that didn’t cost hundreds of dollars a month and was easy for my clients and to the point. People can easily sign up for memberships and see my gym schedule and that’s perfect for my small gym!
I was starting my gym the year Covid hit hard and Fitli was affordable for me to keep using though I didn’t have many members. Anytime I needed help with something they were always so quick to respond!
I am excited for their new things. I did wish that there were ways to take point of sale payments a little bit easier and it sounds like that will be very soon! Also wish maybe the app was a little more user friendly. At the moment I only tell my members to use the website.

The software is very flexible and easy to use for anyone who is not very tech savvy. The class calendar looks very lovely and is convenient to use. The best part is the tech support team. All my questions and issues were answered and resolved right away. I highly recommend fitli to other business owners.
I knew that Fitli didn't process payments in Canada when I was signing up, and I was okay with it while my business was quite small. When the company started growing, it became overwhelming to manage all transactions manually, and that is the reason I decided to switch to another platform.

It made running my business so easy and hassle free.
Fitli was very easy to incorporate into my business. It was easy for me to use and for new clients too. It eliminated the need for cash and check payments from the client.
The only issue was when a client's card would expire, and the program would take two payments using the old and new card.

Payments and scheduling. While they have steadily improved their product every year and continue to do so. I'm grateful for what they offer small business owners like me.
The only thing I would welcome further is easier access to change appointments already in the system more fluidly.

Ive been through 6-8 booking softwares before I met Fitli, I was skeptical at first, I went through hell with the past softwares and lost control of and clients. With Fitli, I managed to control my clients and "book and pay" on the spot, From summer 2017 to summer 2018, I have doubled revenue from a low single digit to a double digit monthly income! This could not have been done without the easy access of FITLI. Parents love it, and so do we!!

After searching dozens of programs to find the right fit for our wellness center, we finally came across Fitli. It was the right price point and after getting great customer service from John, I realized that the program actually was equipped to handle what we were looking to do for our center. The Anka Wellness center is a little different and most programs out there didn't have what we needed...

Great! If you’re looking for a more simple software that will cover all your needs as a company that provides any B2C services, you’ll be very happy with Fitli!
Easy to use and the customer service and the one of a kind.
I didn’t get a chance to use it long enough as my business model has shifted.
