A very up-to date software full of features designed by the company and the users. A forever evolving software and in touch with their customers to quickly make changes and integrate new features. A company that listens to customers and acts.
The software is customisable in appearance pricing and gives control to the the administrator.
Software only allows forward booking of four weeks at a time.

Every bit of CleanCloud is customizable and their customer service team is wonderful!
The app gets the job donr without complaint, however, it is not "sleek". The look overall is a little boxy and low-budget.

Overall, the product looks good on the surface but does poorly when put to use for its barcode and garment management features.
The system has a great way of managing and creating items and orders manually.
There were a lot of issues with the way the system keeps track of orders and items by barcode. There were bugs that had been reported to support but they treated some them as 'feature requests' even though they're critical to prevent human errors or make the system less difficult to use.

Its good so far.
First of all is cloud based, Web, costomer app, driver app all you need for today's industry is all integrated. need little more work on reporting and payment integration.
Reporting needs to be precise in means of tax calculation and the rest of the reporting could be much better, payment integration need more work,

Like any decent software you'd expect it to transform your working practices but my oh my we could not live without Cleancloud. We found the software by chance and since the day we got involved with the lovely crew at Cleancloud we have not looked back. Nothing is too much trouble. Love their pragmatic problem solving attitude when we have spoken to them about various proprietary requests that they have always managed to handle. The software does everything I could possibly need and more and my staff find it simple enough to use. Its elegant will cater for all my needs as my business grows LOVE LOVE LOVe

Nothing and given that the developers actively seek customers feedback and suggestions to develop this already comprehensive bit of kit, I'm sure if there was a con they would sort it out.

It’s been amazing - they really care about my success and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been amazing through the on- boarding with me.
Ease of use , support , willingness to change and adapt to requests or idea, functionality.
What was missing last month they have adapted and made changes to. They constantly want feedback and make those changes to satisfy the customer. The biggest issue I have had so far is with satellite store and not being able to use either different barcodes or using same as plant however they are working on that issue for me.

Numerous benifits as its all integrated .Best part is the team at clean cloud are constantly updating with new features.
Simple and Easy to use. Its not just a point of sale or online booking stuff, it actually saved me tons of hours in admin work. Got excellent features.
Agents billing is a bit hard as there is no provision to discount their percentage in monthly invoicing. Text credits are bit expensive. If the app has push notification facility that will be great. Also if the app has some images of garments facility it will be better.

Predominantly we aim to be more efficient within our business and Clean Cloud adds a more streamlined approach to our processes therefore providing better service offering to our customers.
Its ease of use, quick setup and its integrations. I like that its tailored for the type of service we do and takes the chore out of the admin within our business.
Improvements to the UI/UX could be a bit better. With more improvement around a more cleaner interface, perhaps also a welcome Step by step setup for new accounts would also be a plus. Do also feel that the admin/backend could be a bit more informative.

After investigating the various options for my commercial laundry. CleanCloud offered the best solution. It's innovative and being cloud based it is convenient. Although it isn't perfect, yet. There are some integration limitations with other accountancy apps. It is however, being constantly updated and new customer led features are being added. The customer service is excellent! I would highly recommended CleanCloud, you certainly won't find one that's better for the money, we would be lost without it.

Can be a bit clunky in its operation Some extra accountancy features would be good.

The CleanCloud system has been a massive boost for our business .. implemented the system early this year (2016) and it has underpinned our business growth and development... Our staff love it, the clients can see we are far more professional and from a business management perspective I can track the results as they happen ... We have been able to use the data to develop our strategies & go forward direction Customer service is great & we have worked closely on developing specific solutions for our business ... The support staff is great. Any issue I’ve encountered, which has been very few, has been taken care of almost immediately.
Ease of use for all employees. My customers absolutely love the text message reminders on order completion.
I wish it spoke with QuickBooks on both ends. Also with they had an IOS Pos app for smartphones.

as i said, good software with amazing support above and beyond what anyone could hope for
This software runs our business but we have had issues with browsers, operating systems and printers .... basically i was out of my depth. the engineers at CleanCloud worked on helping me resolve the issue with the printer above and beyond what i could have ever expected. timely support so i can get get on with running my business

Excellence experience. They also submit suggestions for improvements for features that they do not offer.
Order and customer tracking and inventory is the best use for us.
There isn't an option for international payments. Once that feature is added I will definitely use it.

Working with Clean Cloud has been the best experience when it comes to cloud software for the laundry business. We have tried numerous products and no comes close to the quality, features and pricing provided by Clean Cloud.
Clean cloud provides a ton of features right out of the box in managing our Laundromat/laundry business. They are constantly adding new features and have always been very helpful in resolving issues.
The software needs internet access at all times to work reliably.

All features are great, metrics, marketing management, CRM, and so on. It's really straighforward.
Nothing to complain about so far. But I would say that definitely more features can be added as the payment options, should be already integrated etc.

We have solved our point of sale issues by using clean cloud, and the pick up and delivery option is brilliant addition to our business.
The software is intuitive and has all the features that we need to take our business to the next level. We were able to grow our business because of the inbuilt features like the pick up and delivery service. We were able to keep track of our work in and out
we would have liked to have the accounting and billing option working properly. Xero doesn't link up properly as the invoices don't match up information correctly.

Being able to communicate with our clients, and outsourced work, along with keeping tracking of finances and incoming moneys is such a seamless feature of this program. It was really great to see it in action.
I really liked this software. I used it for a short time under its Free Trial (14 days). It is easy to use, and very organized. Best of all the clean look of the program makes it very easy to select items, specify the process it will undergo. The customer organization is really great - one is able to email clients and keep track of their orders very clearly. Everything about this software allows for an all around understanding of finances and procedures.
The only setback for our small business and the reason we opted to not continue to use it was the price. When we can increase business and generate more clients, then I can see us switching to this beautiful software.

Overall it has been very positive
It is very user friendly and easy to figure out.
I use it primarily for wash and fold laundry. I wish I could customize it a bit more to our work flow to make this wash s as HD fold process less administrative. Also the website doesn’t allow for an individual customization or design.

During covid, cleancloud could have supported the clients more as the sales dropped significantly. The 50% discount was not enough at all specially for small businesses.

Excellent software, easy to use and manage. Very easy for all staff to learn and very intuitive. We absolutely love this software. Great that we can manage from any of our computers and even our phones / tablets when on the go.
The best thing about the software is how simple it is to use. All of the information is there at your fingertips. Easy to manage also, so our time is spent not updating / learning the computer system but doing what we do best (laundry and dry cleaning). The price of the sofware is very reasonable and the support we receive is second to none. All the support guys are extremely helpful, quick to respond and really know their stuff.
I feel the delivery scheduler could do with a little more work. However I know this is a brand new feature and hasn't long been implemented so is still work in process.
