RentGuruz is a cloud-based auto rental business management solution, designed to help auto rental and auto leasing businesses manage reservations, customers, agreements, invoicing, payments, inventory, maintenance, reporting, and more.
RentGuruz supports reservations made through walk-ins, email, phone, or online. Reservations can be booked by vehicle type or actual vehicle, and tracked in the daily planner. With the reservation plug-in, users can receive reservations in real-time through their website, and automatically send out confirmation and follow-up emails. Commonly-used agreement types, including insurance, retail, and loaner vehicles, are supported, and can be generated with a single click. Users can add taxes and miscellaneous charges to agreements, enabling the collection of deposits and charging of traffic tickets. Invoices can be generated for customers, insurance companies, and third parties, and customer billing information can be stored for payment collection.
Vehicle inventory can be managed in RentGuruz, with the ability to record vehicle details including VIN numbers, makes, models, years, fuel types, transmission types, odometer readings, and more. Auto finance, lease, and insurance information can also be tracked. Customer records include a summary of opened, confirmed, and cancelled reservations, opened and closed agreements, no-shows, pending deposits and payments, traffic tickets, and total revenue generated. RentGuruz’s report dashboard provides users with more than 20 preconfigured reports, which can be emailed, printed, or exported in Excel and PDF formats.
