Quickbooks is the primary system used for banking, accounting, processing payroll, and taxes as well as for inputting and tracking inventory. Quickbooks allows us to interface with banks, local government systems, and other accounting services as needed. Please don't try to cram the functionality of Quickbooks into Shopmonkey and ruin it!! They work together beautifully as is, especially for a shop as small as ours.

All of our accounting is done through QB. Shopmonkey is not a useful accounting program. With version 2.0 it is causing some issues with sending information to QB, though.

Info was sent to qb wrong ans cost me a lot at tax time to fix all of it. ( sent everything to qb as income including parts p.o's

All of our book keeping is done through here. The class system is not super compatible but that's kind of a nit picky thing.

Accurate reporting and data transfer is of paramount importance to a small business. Shop Monkey's ability to "talk" to Quickbooks is fantastic!

The integration is a joke. Rarely works always a message sending to Quickbooks that even upgrading doesn't fix. Don't bother.
