Refract is a web-based video tagging platform designed primarily for sales teams to conduct training and provide coaching to individuals. The collaborative solution allows users to upload training video or audio files and share with multiple users across the organization. The solution basically provides tools for creating campaigns, recording & tagging videos, sharing files, building a central video library, analyzing trends and more.

Business can upload and share video and audio files with the targeted users and use custom tags and data fields for categorizing content. Every new file is automatically stored in a central library and can be accessed by business users at a later stage. Participants can simultaneously collaborate with comments & feedbacks while watching the video and interact with other participants using the adjacent comment section. The campaign administrator can collect responses from the various participants and perform analytics to evaluate the performance of the engagement. The administrator can fully control access levels of participants, granting permissions to join, comment, review or lead a video campaign.

Users can tag a particular section in a video and make that clip available for commenting, sharing or exporting. Administrators can build a central video library and users can search videos by campaign, tags, duration, date or other user defined queries. Campaign organizers can also score campaigns based on their level of participation and generate performance scorecards for individuals and departments. The solution is primarily used by small and midsized businesses across various sectors including education, IT, and private sectors. Refract has helped each client who has utilized the tool. When sales reps and leaders are having conversations often believe "think" they are executing company process and are consistent. However until calls are broken down and dissected it then provides the ultimate clarity to make necessary changes to further drive revenue.Software is very easy to use and understandable to navigate. Allows the user to spend their time on items that are most important that ultimately drive results.

From a customer service point of view the level of support from our account manager has been superb. Business days are extremely busy and getting into new routines can be challenging but having that constant contact will make this work. From a business point of view it will improve the service we are providing our clients and give our consultants the opportunity to growThe possibilities it can create. Overall this is going to make us more transparent in the training department and provide structure to our training.
