Keeper is a digital vault and password manager designed for use by both businesses and individuals, which uses a combination of PBKDF2 and 256-bit AES encryption to reduce the risk of data breaches. Keeper can be used across web browsers, computers, tablets, and smartphones, with user data being encrypted and decrypted at the device level, rather than in the cloud or on Keeper’s servers. Fingerprint identification for login and two-factor authentication are both supported, in addition to Keeper DNA, a solution which uses smart watches and other personal devices to confirm user identity. Keeper can create high strength random passwords for users, allowing management to enforce password policies and monitor users’ compliance through reports and dashboards, plus automatic notifications.
