I like that it is easy to use, somewhat customizable, and customer service is very helpful. It was easy to integrate and get started quickly.

It would be nice if there was a separate contact field to indicate who sent a specific order when dealing with customers that have many agents. It is also expensive per user license.

Express is an all-in-one platform from dispatch to invoicing.

API integrations with other providers is hit or miss. We were not able to provide real-time GPS updates for some of our larger brokers, so we have to rely solely on our ELD platform to do that.

It is easy to teach to the new employees.

Firstly, there isn't an app to monitor the loads and do billing on the go. Secondly, it is not available on macOS.

The PCS TMS is user friendly to manage the burdens of fleet management, regulatory compliance, personnel, owner-opertors, and accounting needs.

I don't know that there is one thing that I least about the software - if I had to ask for an improvement it would be - could I see the entire balance in the checking account when I open the account register instead of just the dollars amount.

Very simple and you can interact with both accounts, in our case, and it helps you to integrate almost everything in a single page but with many options to use

That I can't interface with other programs like Quick Books. At least i don't know

Flows well from booking the loads to A/R, A/P, Payroll, etc. The TMS is designed to use the keyboard to move through the various windows reducing the amount of mouse pointing. The predictive text makes it very easy to complete any form quickly.

I would like to see more options regarding carriers. Setting default pay options similar to company driver options would be one improvement. We work with the same carriers on a daily basis and have to enter their pay percentage for every load. This could be improved.

All features of this software are great Dispatch & Accounting & Fleet maintenance. It is very user friendly. It was a very easy transition when we bought the software.

We have been using this software for years & they keep improving it so we have not found anything we don't like about this software.

The ease of implementation allowed for a quick transition from prior TMS at little to no integration expense.

Like most transportation entities, we operate outside normal business hours and the technical support during the "off hours" is lacking - but not needed more than a few times in the past 12 months.

Accounting Functions and Operational Tracking of Data

Does not have a fully integrated maintenance program.

Very customizable and user friendly. Great interface.

PCS is great in that everything I need on a daily basis is at my fingertips in one place.

It does not happen often, however; it is frustrating at times when entering a bill, if you tab through too fast and don't assign it an account, it will freeze and I have to "end task" to get it to close and then re-open the program.

The clearing loads section could go back to pulling up the next record in line and the operator not having to manually key the next record. Also, need help with the repoing--I do not understand this item.

I like the ease with which I am able to pull reports.

I dislike the number of mouse clicks it take to change and review a late code. I feel as though I'm developing carpal tunnel syndrome in my right index finger, due to all the clicking.

We have been using PCS since day one. We love the support team. Features are user friendly. There are lots of training material available.

I wish the report builder was easier to learn without bothering support but they are always willing to help

It’s very detailed and allows you to use it for anything that pertains to the trucking industry.

It is very hard to navigate for a new user.

This software is very easy to use. I like how the Accounting reports are pretty easy to understand and compare to previous periods.

There are a few little issues with the fuel upload but nothing too concerning.

pcs was very easy to learn and keep up with when it gets upgraded.

some updated are a pain, but they get fixed quickly
